I needed a tow off the shoulder of the highway at 12:40am. The roadside assistance through my insurance said they couldn't get anyone to me until 9am. I called Hollywoods and they sent someone to me in 40 mins. I definitely was not in the best spot, around a bend and right where an on-ramp from another highway was ending. He immediately put out safety markers and worked efficiently to get my car hooked up. Towed me about 25 miles. He was kind and professional. I believe his name was Trenten as he said he would be sending the invoice and that was the name in the signature. Best towing experience I have had. Absolutely would recommend and would not hesitate to use again if I needed a tow in their service area. read more

I met the owner Dan at C&W exhaust and called on him when my old clunker broke down in Olympia, he was super quick, friendly and only charged me the minimum tow fees, I think because the look of my car? I was floored when I heard somebody had taken his life and my heart goes out to his little girl who was with him when he towed my car, he said they were on their way to a family dinner when he got my call. HEADS UP rip off-They are connected with a car repair shop, so when you call the repair shop, the tow company answers, You are never sure who you are talking to...I wanted the repair shop. My car needed to be towed to the shop. Anyway, this tow company charged me $78.00 to tow my car 2.6 miles!!!! I asked how much when on the phone and he never answered. Afterwards when I talked to him about the charge he said it is cheapest in town. And he said i have been the only person in over 5 years to say anything... FISHY set up...between tow company and repair shop (obviously they work together although the repair shop denied). Too bad, I was looking for a good repair shop, but wont use either again. And NEVER ever call Hollywood towing, and ALWAYS ask for price first. AAA would have been $40.00 cheaper. and you get a card. read more

I don't remember when this was but my dad's BMW stopped working cause our garage door fell on top of the tip of roof and broke something which caused the car to stop working. Anyways our landlord wanted to fix the garage door but it wouldn't work with the car in the garage so I called Hollywood Towing Premier. The guy was on time to our house and got our car easily. He was fairly nice and we asked a lot of questions about what it would be that caused our car to stop working. He was very patient even after he finished his job and even gave us some numbers so we could call and get our car checked and fixed. Really appreciated that! read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Don't use this company unless you are desperate and paying cash. Hollywood assisted with a lockout - and I paid by credit card. They never ran the charges, so a month later I called them - from ALASKA - asking them to please charge my card. They never did. So I called again another month later, talked to the owner, he said he would get back to me - and NEVER DID!! They never charged my card. Now it is 9 months later and they are threatening to do collections and go to court. Stupid and incompetent. I want an apology!!! read more

do not go with this company. Tow company originally quoted me 115 to tow my car and it wasnt till we got to the destination that they told me its going to be 460. Not to mention the owner Dan Presley conned me out of my car for 180. They failed to provide invoice or any paperwork. This is nor a reputable company i m having to take this company to court just to get my car back even though i still have the title. Trust me when i say this company deffinitly does not do good bussiness and will screw u just to make a extra buck. read more

Someone came to tow my vehicle within fifteen minutes of my phone call. The man was extremely friendly and helpful, and he gave me an extremely good price. I had called a couple other towing companies in the Olympia area, none of which match Hollywood's costumer service. Should the occasion call for it, I will use Hollywood's again. read more

If I could give this company a-negative 10 I would. This company towed our vehicle to a mechanic and delivered it damaged. We arrived minutes after the driver dropped it off and found thousands of dollars of damage. Called the owner and of course he said his driver didn't do it and of course the driver denied it as well. However when law enforcement came it was determined after the officers spoke with the owner and the driver that it was their fault. The owner even drove out to where the driver had lost the tonneau cover from our truck and saw it on the side of the road. The tonneau cover was a custom Tonneau cover costing almost $2,000. It flew off ripped off while the driver was Towing the vehicle backwards at a rate of over 50-plus miles an hour breaking our back window and damaging the top of the truck as well as the bed of the truck as well as losing the tonneau cover.! Of course our insurance paid for everything and the owner agreed to pay for the rental vehicle we had to use for 2 and 1/2 weeks while our vehicle was in the shop caused by this companies incompetence. But as usual the owner who denied the damages also said he would not pay the bill for the rental after he had said he would on multiple occasions. This is not a trustworthy company! He got paid to tow our vehicle by our insurance company and then he damaged our vehicle! This cost us out of pocket over $3,000 for his negligence as a business in the community providing a service.
