Nice neighborhood pool with water slide and fountains for kids and adult-only swim for 10 minutes every hour.

I have been at the pool the last 3 weekends (4 Xs total) this Summer and it is truly 5 stars! The check in is super easy. I paid $5 each time (a discount for C.Hill) residents as well as your guest. They do take cash or card which is convenient. The line is never long, really non existent most of the time. Parking is a breeze especially if you get there for open swim which begins at 12 noon. The majority of the lounge chairs are shaded and you don't have to worry about anyone taking/moving your belongings as you enjoy the water. The lazy river is extremely clean and well kept and the floaties are in abundance and FREE! Everyone is respectful in the pool! At any given time there can be newborn babies to the seniors and every age in between so being courteous is just as important as having fun! The music is great too! They play EVERYTHING including Spanish songs on Cedar Hill Tunes. There is one lazy river, one slide which is so much fun and never a long line, as well as a larger pool that is wheelchair assessable too. It was in this pool that my BF taught me to swim this Summer so the Cedar Hill Lagoon will forever be memorable to me! They also have about 7 cabanas that you can rent out for your private event. The bathrooms have great air flow and are pretty well kept with no trash on the ground an I definitely appreciated the cleanliness. They also have showers too. The lifeguards are also professional and they appear to have fun too. There is food available if you get hungry. A CH police officer does make his/her round at the pool too so it definitely makes you feel safe an at ease. I hope the Lagoon continues to be a fun, clean, memorable place for my future summers!

This is a nice pool to hangout at during the summer. They have areas that get tons of sun and…read moreothers that are fully shaded. They have servers that come around to take drink or food orders on occasion. Sometimes you have to flag someone down or go order at the bar because they aren't great about coming around regularly. You can charge things to your room or use your member number if you're a member at TPC. Food is ok here. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get your food after placing an order. Drinks take anywhere from 15-20 minutes to receive after ordering. The basil smash, frozen lemonade and frozen sangria are some of my favs. If you have a food allergy they are able to cater to it. They have gluten free bread available upon request. If you come on a holiday weekend be sure to get your name down on the chair reservation list ASAP or you'll end up waiting hours for a chair to free up. It's a good mix of people here so it's great people watching. Overall a decent pool to hangout at. The pool isn't chilled like the members pool so in the summer the water does get to feeling like bath water. But warm water is better than no water!

just now New If I…read morecould give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. I went out of my way to drop off my application in person and when I called to check in they said they would have to look for it. This was at the end of May. I called almost a week later and was told by Celeste the person in charge of party rentals, that my application was lost. I asked multiple times if the date requested was still available. She went ahead and booked me June 7th. I made my payment that same week. I receive a confirmation email, I also received a reminder two days prior to the event. I went out of my way to buy balloon decor since we would be inside. I had a whole balloon garland, backdrop ordered. I had table covers dessert trays, food and table decor. So you could understand how DISTRAUGHT I felt when I received a call on June 28th around 2:45 pm 1 hour prior to our party to let me know that it was an error and I was double booked. They had over 2 weeks to notify me. I was then told that I would be refunded and that I could be outside at the tables. They didn't even offer me a private pavilion. I had to set up at a table next to the lazy river. My desserts? Melted and ruined. Party decor? Unable to return and all of the money I wasted will not be refunded. I should have seen the red flags from the beginning but I truly just wanted my 5 year old daughter to have a great party. Anyway please think twice or definitely be on top of your reservation because these people are unprofessional and don't care about your money or time. They will literally play with your livelihood and refuse to talk to you after. I was told I'd need to send an email because the managers are too busy. Please do better and be considerate of people and their families. You would be upset if it happened to one of you. Completely unacceptable to say the least.

It's definitely a fun place to spend the day with kids of all ages. The food was surprisingly good! I highly recommend the chicken tenders and fries. They had great flavor. My only SMALL downsides was the bar experience. The drinks are extremely overpriced for what you get, and the male bartenders during our visit were not very welcoming AT ALL it felt like you were bothering them to ask for a drink. They would probably do better serving drinks away from the public. Meanwhile the female staff were genuinely friendly and pleasant. (couldn't remember names) The overall experience was still pretty cool. It's a fun escape in the middle of Dallas and a great place to unwind for the day. We also used the sauna in the spa area which was A1 would recommend utilizing all of the great amenities as a hotel guest. Bottom line this is our new go-to spot for a staycation or when family is town.
