Here they don't give receipt unless you ask for it ( I guess) because I always have to ask for it. Ambience here, you can dine in or outside sitting. I gave a 3 because customer service need to work on and the receipt should always given to customer and have their logo on it because that way others know what you buy and the amount you paid. This practice is extremely rare and, in Tucson, even more so. There are quite a number of legacy bakeries here that rely on pre-made fillings, crusts, topping, dough; and, off-the-shelf ingredients. Those places are only as good as the choices on the Sysco truck deliveries. 2. The quality here is consistently good and the creativity of their ever-rotating menu makes every visit an adventure. 3. A locally-owned business that serves excellence in this crazy economic environment is very hard. If making my taste buds happy helps them remain a bakery that can stand shoulder to shoulder with the best in the country -- no exaggeration -- then that's an easy thing for me to do.
