Very cute cafe with indoor and outdoor tables. The service is very friendly. I was really looking forward to their croissants. I got a classic one and was very disappointed. It did not taste fresh. I expected a much better quality since they charge $6.49 for one croissant.

Yummy Classic eclairs. I almost always pick one up

How very fortunate I am to have this little French bakery so close to my house. Over a year or two ago my husband and I went to the east side of Tucson to the original location to get croissants after seeing Post on social media about how awesome they are. I know that they sell their fresh pastries at the farmers market, but fighting through the crowds just to get one pastry is a little daunting. So when they open this new location on Broadway in Alvernon, I couldn't believe the news. I checked social media to see what the flavors will be for the week, but generally, they have a variety of croissants, bear clause, eclairs, macaroons, fresh bread, baguettes. A tart of the week as well as other baked pastries. This location offers limited parking in the front and additional parking in the back. So if you're a handicapped person, it is a challenge to get those prime spots because it's shared with a variety of other businesses. They do have outside seating. There's no inside seating and there is a restroom inside that is gender, neutral, and handicapped accessible. The pastries are on the Price side. You're gonna be paying $3.50 for a macaron and probably eight to $11 per pastry. The quality of the food provided is outstanding. They do sell coffees and in the display they have canned beverages. I've never gotten coffee at the new location. I live so close by I could just make it at home. The staff are always very nice and now that the newness of this location has passed, usually I can get in and out within 15 minutes. When Cafe Francais first opened this central location, I was waiting in line to get into the store, people would be so eager to try to get something posted online menu, there would be a frenzy that made it a little uncomfortable to wait. Today I ordered the ham and cheese croissant with Becham sauce and a strawberry brownie. Oh my gosh they look so amazing. They heated up the croissant for me and I'm gonna go home and enjoy. I'm so pleased they are now able to have two stores and wish them years of success.

One of the best bakeries in Tucson! If you're looking for authentic French pastries, this is the spot. Everything is fresh and the pastry menu rotates on a weekly basis. I also enjoy how they sell discounted day old pastries. The shop is small with limited seating, so be mindful you'll more thank likely grab and go.

Did we drive out from Phoenix to try this specifically? No ... but it was a very close second (lol!) We got here as soon as they opened, and there was already a little bit of a line! The storefront is pretty small. It literally could hold 5 grown adults comfortably but there's plenty of outdoor seating options available! I went and little crazy ordering... and if I didn't have self control, I would have gotten more lol After we got our goodies, we sat outside to take pictures and try everything! Absolutely LOOOVED it all, but stand out for us was the ham and cheese croissant, blueberry Danish, and monkey bread. We would love to come back next time we are in Tucson! Here's our complete order: Ham and Cheese Croissant Chocolate Croissant Lemon Meringue Monkey Bread Orange Cardamon Brioche Bun Chocolate Eclair Blueberry Danish

It was my first time there. Its a small but very clean and well organized place. The service was prompt and cheerful. The food was spectacular. The vanishes were sweet, tart and buttery. Nothing was too powerful or underwhelming. The brownie had the perfect texture and levels of sweet and salty. Presentation was beautiful. Prices were on par with the quality.

3.5/5 Not an extensive selection but a good combined offering of savory and sweet pastries. Prices can be a little steep but given that this is freshly made and a local business.... I keep that in mind. I enjoyed the mocha cream puff... the cream was so good and the puff light and airy. The pecan praline tart was a bit hard to eat.. the crust was quite hard to bite into or even cut. The filling was good but it was messy just trying to get a bite without fighting with the pastry. This is one of two locations (the smaller one) and can also be found at the farmers market. This location has a few outdoor seating chairs with sunbrellas. . The outdoor seating is adjacent to a busy road and so do expect traffic sounds. There is some parking in front but quite hard to score a spot... and most of the spots are 10 min parking. There is however ample free parking in the back. I will try them again because I am going to assume the tart was a one off given the cream puff was delicious.

I'm so glad that one of my favorite bakeries in town opened a central location! I definitely had to check it out for a sweet Saturday treat and was not disappointed! There was a queue out the door the whole time I was there. Plenty of shade to stand in and parking upfront and behind the store. Inside is super cute, pink and bright! Same amazing pastries from their east side location just a little closer to home. Drinks also available and some patio seating out front. Their menu does change weekly so follow them on Facebook or instagram to see the beautiful pics and list of goodies for the week. Love the husband and wife team who run this place, always polite , friendly and you can really feel the passion they put in to the business. Definitely check them out!

Super excited about this new location! Croissants and Kouigns are so amazing and super delicious this place will not disappoint.

Fruit tart! Delicious! A little sweet and not very tart which I like!

The fruit tart was amazing! Their pastries are large so you're definitely getting your monies worth. They change their pastries often allowing for a plethora of flavors that make many taste buds happy.

LBP's bakers make the sublime goods that I recall from back then. Their crust is crunchy/chewy and their bread is substantial, yet cloud-like. Miches, baguettes, epis, loaves, rolls, croissants, & special flavors; all are highest quality bread. And their cake & pastries? Sainte vache! They have fluffy cream puffs, creamy eclairs, yummy cookies, flavorful pies, and more. And don't get me started on their cupcakes, which are moist and tender and even better when they're Cosmic. There is something indescribably delicious about the apple and cherry Crisps. *Chef's Kiss* The staff at La Baguette Parisienne is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They are also incredibly kind. On my last visit, I managed to take an epic fall (really more of a clumsy crumple) that included pushing a rolling counter across part of the store. My middle name is "Grace". The owner, Kim, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful (nor could the customers there at the time, so I guess kindness attracts kindness). She helped me to get up and was gracious regarding my minor rearrangement of her shop and cheerful enough that I went from embarrassment to laughter in record time. My late beloved Mama found this lovely, cute bake shop decades ago when they first opened, and she was a delighted weekly customer whenever she was at her east-side Tucson home. I hope to carry on her tradition, if less frequently from my UA-area home, until my time on the planet is done (bury me with a plain large Miche, a Cherry Crisp, and a Cosmic Cupcake, please). Highly recommend!

We ended up with some jalapeno cheese focaccia, a fresh loaf of sourdough (sliced for us right there), a couple of croissants and a cherry crisp. Everything was incredible and delicious. You really wouldn't see this place driving down Wilmot because it's tucked behind two businesses, with 4 fifteen minutes parking spots designated for the shop. It's a small little pie shop and all pies are six inch mini pies for $7.99. Many are topped with pipped whipped cream unless you order a double crust fruit pie or quiche. I think I've sampled every pie. The size is perfect to split with someone. No drinks or other things are available here, but one can purchase drinks down the way at Beyond Bread. The staff are always getting customers rung up and out quick. Because the space is so small you go in the entrance, order your pies and then go out an exit door. There's no room for meandering or window shopping. You just wait your turn to look and order right away and I rung up the whole space is quite small nonetheless it's fun to go there and get a little treat now and again. And today was one of those days. My mom and I parked while my sister was checking out Bookmans. We picked out a pie to share, went to the patio to eat it, and it was good.
