I had read numerous reviews online that talked so badly about this company, but my claim was opened quickly and I was able to upload photos online of the damage to my door and it was all resolved within about two weeks. I was paid for the damages and able to get my replacement door ordered promptly. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with them and hope that other's have the same experience should they have to use this company especially after I've read so many negative reviews.

To my dismay, it's been impossible to get him to follow through on completing my insurance policy. He does not answer or return calls. When I called him numerous times one day, he did respond with a text and told me he'd be in touch with me the next day. He didn't call. Why not change brokers? I have tried but the house is older and it's been nearly impossible to get insurance. Since February, Howard has told me not to worry, but all he's done is string me along without any results (or insurance) and endless excuses. It's hard to remember when, if ever, I've been treated with such disregard by a company or salesperson. One thing is certain, it is the worst service I have ever received. Insurance is critical and an absolute necessity-it's there to protect your most expensive asset. To leave an existing client unprotected feels negligent at best, cruel at worst. Safeco has let me down more than I can express, the service is worse than shameless.
