Excellent burgers! Definitely one of the best in the NY/Nj area and as a bonus they're halal!

Burgers kicked ass. Cheesesteak was phenomenal. The workers were really friendly and approachable. Highly recommend!

Cute place where you order at the counter and then pick a table. There are around 6-10 tables but…read morenot many tables for big groups, the tables are glued to floor so you can't move two together. They have regular burgers, chicken patty and an impossible patty on the menu along with fries, shakes and fried Oreos. I got the impossible burger. I forgot to ask for pickles and they were so nice to give them to me in a cup on the side. Also free water, and it's seltzer! Just ask for a water cup. There is cheese on the impossible burger, doesn't say it's vegan cheese so I suspect it's regular cheese, making this is a vegetarian burger rather than vegan The burger I know is vegan but tasted undercooked and soggy. I liked the bun and toppings, it was a pretty simple sandwich and it was filling enough. $12 though. The fries were the highlight. Huge cup of perfectly cooked and seasoned fries! Got some big long ones, I love when that happens. My friends liked their food as well but said the chicken patty had too many onions. They said the fried Oreos were delicious. The staff were nice and friendly. I would come again!

We decided to get the Standard and the Smokeshow with fries on the menu. I'm not a fan of BBQ sauce but the onions rings got me. You order on the kiosk located on the counter. Service-wise, there isn't much, you pick up your food at the counter once it's ready/call your name. There is seating inside and outside. The burgers were fine, nothing noteworthy. A little dinky for the price you pay in my opinion since we weren't full. Fries were solid. Just normal fast food burgers you would expect. I would rank it between Burger King and Shake Shack. Of the burgers we tried in JC so far, I think Holy Burger is better. This place is perfect for a quick bite late night or a second helping if you're still hungry after dinner.

Came here on a whim to grab a burger as I hadn't had one in quite a while. I decided to sit at the…read morebar and ordered my meal there. The black bean veggie burger stood out, but I wanted to make a few modifications to it, so I opted for the custom burger. Swapped out the slaw for some jalapeños and caramelized onions for example. Burger was huge. It was coming apart pretty easily so I had to opt to eating the non-conventional way with a fork and knife. But appreciate the quantity provided. Fries weren't anything to write home about, but appreciate them providing it. I may be back in the future if get another craving.

We ordered shots and a beer which came out quickly. We both order black bean burgers. I got the Mac Daddy without bacon and the mac and cheese had little to no flavor. My date got the Ring the Alarm Veggie Burger, and said it was good. I got fries with mine and my date got onion rings. The fries and onion rings were delicious. Overall, the food was decent but I don't think the burgers were worth $20 each. I honestly don't think I'd come back here just based on the price and quality of food. Despite the waitress being kind and the service being good, I'd rather go elsewhere for a black bean burger.

In the interests of full disclosure-- I don't eat at "fast food" restaurants anymore. My days of…read morepatronizing McDonald's and Burger King are long behind me (although I did stop at a McDonald's a few years ago after having medical tests done and ordering a bagel/egg concoction and a cup of coffee; I was starving, it hit the spot, and I wrote a reasonably complimentary review of the place, if I remember right). Even 20-plus years ago, when I'd occasionally become nostalgic for a fast-food burger and order one, I invariably regretted it. But I did order from 30 Burgers a few days ago while working in Hoboken, when a co-worker (the new Godfather of Lunch) suggested ordering food and having it delivered. Usually, I would have said no. But I was suffering a migraine that particular day, the medication I take for it was having an adverse effect on me (as it sometimes will; it stops headache pain but makes me feel overall like shite) and I thought food might help settle my nausea and upset stomach. Even the erstwhile Godfather of Lunch joined us in ordering (like me, he's on a diet and it's proving effective), saying, "You people are forcing me to do this," or words to that effect. Nothing like peer pressure! I ordered the Turkey Royal Burger, which sounded simultaneously healthy and decadent. A turkey burger with a fried egg on it (it has been so long since I've indulged in eggs that I think that's what decided me on this), turkey bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. Along with it, I ordered a side of seasoned fries, and what initially started as a medium vanilla milkshake (I try to allow myself ice cream or an ice cream-based product only once a month). The former Godfather said, "You've come this far; you might as well go all the way." I wanted to reply, "You're forcing me to do this," as I agreed and signaled the new Godfather to place an order for the large vanilla milkshake, along with the other stuff I wanted. The food arrived pretty promptly, and the price seemed...at least to someone unused to ordering fast food...relatively reasonable. I can't remember what my co-workers ordered, but I was sorta "meh" about the whole experience. The burger was probably the best part of it. It was a large, sloppy mess, but that was satisfying to the latent glutton that I can never entirely exorcise from my psyche. And I have to say that the turkey bacon actually did taste like bacon. The fries were less satisfying, less tasty. Maybe it would have made a difference if we had actually sat down in the restaurant and ate them while they were still hot, but...despite the promptness of the delivery...they were, at best, semi-warm, and pretty tasteless. There were plenty of them, and I ended up disposing of a goodly portion (I don't like throwing away food, but I wasn't going to take them home, and I figured better they wind up in the garbage can than on my waistline or in my arteries). And the milkshake? Another co-worker ordered a medium sized milkshake and my "large" had perhaps only a half inch more of space involved in it. Which meant it probably wouldn't have made much of a difference if I had ordered a medium or a large. It was sweet, and thoroughly drinkable (if not especially tasty), but I regretted that I had used my monthly allotment of ice cream (or milkshake) for this. Oh well...chalk it up to experience! Final verdict? Not great, not bad. They have a lot of variety when it comes to burgers, and if you're into the "fast food" version, this place might rate high on your list. But, speaking purely for myself, if I do get a hankering for a cheeseburger and fries (and it does happen occasionally), I think I'll just stop at a diner or even a regular restaurant in order to indulge that urge. As far as I'm concerned, 30 Burgers is just ok.
