It was a whole dry chicken breast on 2 pieces of white bread. No sauce or anything. But an whole hour and 5 minutes. The purpose of a food truck is quick fast food. I could've been home in that hour it took!! Oh it wasnt all that. Hubby wings were so-so. Can't always support Black businesses!!!

Ask questions if it is your first time so as not to be surprised on the charges if you go bottled or fountains drink, or pick a side other than fries. The burger patty was thick and flavorful. Juicy with a hair pink. Not sure if that was intended or not. I have no problem with my burger that way but I know some who will not eat any pink showing. Fries were bland and I don't believe they seasoned them. The price for the experience is a bit high. Bottled drinks are over $3. Most of the menu items appear to be ala cart. Fries and drink extra which drives that cost up.

You can tell a lot of care and love goes into every smash. The honey mustard was excellent, though I wasn't as big a fan of the ranch (it had more tang than creaminess for my taste). The tater tots were crispy, salty, and had a perfect texture. Hands down, one of the best burgers I've had in a long time--and I travel quite a bit. Service was fantastic. The woman who brought our food (I didn't catch her name) was incredibly sweet and even gave my wife and me keychains as a thank you. They don't accept card tips, so be sure to bring cash for these hard-working folks. I'll definitely be coming back once a month. Highly recommend!

Now I opt for the single with onion rings. You only get four onion rings, but they're better than the fries in my opinion. Soft drinks are refillable no matter which size you get. Regular size comes in a smaller plastic cup. Large comes in a bigger styrofoam cup. They do have a bar here...and some live entertainment some evenings. Looks like they serve breakfast sandwiches now. They also have a drive through. Great place for great burgers and cold drinks.

Just imagine, a perfect home style burger, hot crunchy fries, and crisp Dr. Pepper to wash it down... can't beat it! The employee called me an inappropriate name and threw my food toward my vehicle, causing it to fall on the ground. I went inside to address the situation and try to understand what happened, but instead of receiving an apology or having the issue handled professionally, the situation was dismissed. I contacted management hoping they would take the complaint seriously, but I felt my concerns were ignored and the employee's behavior was defended. The situation escalated to the point where the police were contacted, even though I never threatened anyone or acted aggressively. A customer should never be treated this way, regardless of the circumstances. I expected basic respect and professionalism, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I will not be returning and hope management takes this feedback seriously.

I'm giving a 4 star instead of a 5 for 2 reasons and it's just a small particular & just shows signs of growing pains. And that is: 1) I could see flies inside the cooking area. They need to find a solution to get rid of those. It's hard when you're always raising windows to talk to guests in a hot environment that seeks a cooler one. But please for the sake of health, do so. 2) My second order was a frito pie. They use the HUGE HEB Texas-sized corn chips, so it's almost more than one can stomach. Almost too big. And well the chili was just lacking in flavor and bland. Not to mention I asked to load it up, grilled jalapeños & onions. But as you can see in the photo, I got home & they completely left them off. What a bummer!! Lastly, this location is not wheelchair friendly or to those with bad knees & balance. I was able to catch them one Thursday and was satisfied with the results! The pot roast comes with mashed potatoes already AND you can I close two more sides. I added the cabbage and Mac & cheese. This was a true southern, home cooked meal! The Mac & cheese was a bit spicy but nothing tht was too unbearable and the pot roast was nice and tender. If there's one thing I've learned from most restaurants here, they give you more than enough food. This plate could have fed two!
