The hospitality at this establishment is top notch. Very welcoming guy running the ship - friendly, accommodating, polite. A+ The fries were among the best I've ever had. Perfectly prepared. The portion, without exaggeration though, is enough to feed a party of 6. If you have a party of 6 this is great news. However, I'd counter that a smaller size should be available, which would help with the price point. The sandwich was fine. The schnitzel was a little dry, which is always the challenge with schnitzel. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't anything exceptional. When I visited, I was eating on my company's dime, which leads me to my main drawback with Holy Schnitzel - the price. Fries, a can of soda, and a sandwich ran me over $30. If I'm dining at my own expense, for $30 I expect something more than "fast casual" - I want table service. I want free refills (I understand the logistics of a fountain soda machine, but at this price point it's necessary). And, this may be petty, but I want Heinz ketchup. For half the price I'd give this place a solid 4.5 stars. But at $30 a pop, it's just way too pricey for fast casual, portions aside. read more

This Schnitzel is Fo' Shizzle !! Ordered their namesake "Holy Schnitzel" on a fresh baked Baguette and was extremely satisfied with everything about this handheld masterpiece of deliciousness. The Chicken Cutlet with Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Sautéed Onions, and Spicy Mayo Sauce was on point in every way and was loaded with flavor which left both me and my tastebuds in a really good place. My Server James couldn't have been any cooler and had me in and out and on my way in no time flat. Plenty of strip mall parking available both in front and on the side plus more behind the building. Ordered for lunch today. I split the cali love sandwich as a wrap with a side of incredibly tasty hummus and half a pita (pictured). The cali love did not really need anything added to it but ... garlic mayo was Chefs kiss. Other coworkers ordered pastrami sandwich, schnitzel pita/ sandwich, shawarma pita and bowl and all seemed to enjoy this. I love their hummus it's so creamy and dreamy. read more

We were sitting Shiva and someone ordered food for us. The Popcorn Chicken was ordered and chicken wings were delivered. We called and the restaurant insisted we ordered the wings and refused to rectify the situation. We received no apology and no satisfaction. Dont keep Kosher but was curious about the food here. We had the shawarma and felafel, the shawarma was good, a mixture of dark and light meat. The felafel was ok, a bit disappointing as it didn't have the green of chopped parsley inside and looked like it came from a mix, but the taste was ok. Fill up on the vegetables in your pita or wrap, we added Israeli salad, grilled eggplant, pickles and more. The more toppings the merrier, in my opinion. Service was on time, ordered online and was ready in the time frame the restaurant said it would be. This is a quick take out place, so the atmosphere matches that. Will probably go back to try their cornflake schnitzel. read more

I ordered the lunch sandwich special with the Holy Toasty sandwich. The sandwich was okay but I found the chicken schnitzel was a bit thin, but had a tasty corn flake crust. I found the size of the sandwich to be overwhelmingly large for lunch. Too bad they don't have a 1/2 sandwich option. What annoys me is the incorrect and misleading pricing. Above the ordering counter is a computer screen menu with prices. My special was supposed to be $17.99. Image my surprise when I'm told my order is $22.99 plus tax. First of all the base price I was charged was $19.99 and doesn't match the computer display presented to the customers. Another secret charge is that my sandwich has a $3 up-charge, again not noted anywhere on their computer display. You'd think the computer display's price would match the point of sale system's price. It's not like they have to wait for a new menu to be printed. read more

The worst! Dry old food that is overpriced. The schnitzel was a dry piece of bread crumbs no chicken. I don't think I ever had food so bad. It was delivered and paid for otherwise it would have went back. Whatever you do, stay clear of this place. Who puts the dressing on the salad? That came soggy as well. I'm not usually one to comment bad reviews on a business but I feel as though I need to for this restaurant. After ordering a wrap and a sandwich we waiting a good 45 minutes before the food came. While we were waiting all we could hear was constant loud arguing coming from the kitchen area. When the food did arrive we noticed that the chicken in the wrap was completely raw. We immediately showed it to the person at the register who offered up no apology what so ever and remade the wrap. This was a terrible experience through and through and we will not be coming back. read more

So, I placed a big order for my office. The food arrived a half hour after it was due (we are literally 3 minutes up the road from the restaurant). Everything was wilted because of heat sweat and two of the employees who ordered with me were unable to eat their food because the Schnitzel was dry and overcooked. I asked if I should call to ask to replace order, but none of them wanted to. We will not be ordering again. :( read more

This place is very disappointing. True Israeli food is so flavorful and this place does not do it justice in anyway. I've been there 2X times. The first experience was a very quick grab a bite kinda thing. Had a very average falafel pita which took way to long to be served to me. Came back again today and had the Shawarma platter. The chicken didn't even taste like Shawarma it was more like Caribbean chicken with a curry ish taste. As side I got the Israeli salad which at this place is just chopped cucumber and tomato with no flavor at all. The other side was coleslaw which was decent had a nice pepper taste to it but to much dressing for my liking. To bad I grew up with this type of food and was excited to give this place a try. Really wanted to like this place since we are in this strip mall all the time. Unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Kids meals included a hot dog with a stale bun and clearly old chicken tenders. Cole slaw and Israeli salad had no flavor. Avocado chicken wrap was missing avocado. I can't opine on the quality of the food, because the very large order we placed for delivery last night never arrived. Additionally, the restaurant never informed us that they could not fulfill the order or that it would be late- we had to call them to find out where the food was. My family absolutely loves the food from holy shnitzel. We used to have it delivered from Staten Island and are thrilled to have it open so close to us. Some of our favorites are: the chicken Caesar wrap, pepper steak wrap, the burgers, the holy shnitzel sandwich, chicken fingers, and of course the fries. It's not even the late delivery. It's not even the quality of the food. It's significantly worse. I placed an order, and after being an hour and half late, I reached out. Especially enjoyed the Cali Love grilled chicken breast with avocado, sun dried tomato and marinated eggplant on a toasted baguette--great combination of flavors! Doesnt look like much when you walk past, but I was starving so I popped in. Right away I was greeted by friendly workers. I got a regular hamburger and wow it was delicious. Crispy bun, juicy patty, stuffed with all the essentials. Not to mention the sweet potato fries, fried to perfection. Can't wait to try other things on the menu. read more
