Why didn't I speak to them ( when they should probably be greeting customers upon entrance whether perceived to be listening or engaged in something or not. If fact I spoke to the long haired gentleman engaged in conversation as well as the rude Caucasian young lady as I walked in. He spoke back, she claimed to not hear anything. I politely asked him to stop yelling at me and he screamed at me that he wasn't. And then proceeded to scream at me some more. He said the hookah had a warranty with Dion sanders and to call him. I mentioned that I didn't by from Dion- I bought from him and I asked if the shop had their own warranty. He got even madder and screamed at me some more. Every time I tried to explain what happened to the hookah he would yell at me to let him talk and that I could talk once he was done...but he never actually allowed that to happen. He just kept screaming. I even asked him if he could FaceTime me so we could speak like humans because he was yelling at me. He became even more irate and yelled at me some more. I was so upset that a man would be screaming at me like that- especially since I was being so polite, I found it very triggering. He was so disrespectful and I was very upset. I threw the broken glass piece down and ran out of the store crying. He's a horrible human being and very disrespectful to women- but also a really bad businessman. It takes a real unprofessional (and morally corrupt) person to bully their own customers to tears.

I know what I want, and I have been let down by the selection (or lack thereof) at other stores. Not the case with Smoke Envy, which is now my go-to spot in H-town! I've been to all the other smoke shops in the area, and Smoke Envy has got them beat, hands down! As far as selection, outstanding service, good value, and great vibes, Smoke Envy is THE BEST. There's no "attitude", no sales pitch, and Joe and his employees really know their stuff. They are more than happy to help if you have a question or a problem, even if its with a product that you bought elsewhere. Joe is also wonderful at giving suggestions and recommendations, and pretty much every time I stop by, I leave with something new & very cool, even if I had just come for one specific thing originally.
