SCAM SERVICE - Cheap quality work at a high cost. During my appointment, she "lasered off" the moles, however, I could still see the moles and she lied by saying it'll fade as it heals...(as you can see in the picture, the moles weren't removed like she promised and as I paid for, !!!!though it did leave scars!!!!) - she haggled with me on the pricing like some swap meet and then still made me pay hundreds for VERY poor to basically no service and then tried to up-sale her own collection of skincare after trying to convince me I "have very bad skin". I suggest, seek real professionals with quoted prices to avoid scams like this place.

IMPORTANT READ - ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A GROUPON:  I'm so…read moredisappointed in my experience with Diana. Prior to my appointment, she and I spoke on the phone and also texted. I sent her pics of my moles and shared that I had a Groupon and when I arrived she looked at the moles and asked how many Groupons did I have because one Groupon would only pay for one mole. It seemed like a strange question since to my understanding the limit is one Groupon per person, unless buying for someone else as a gift. I was surprised at what she was saying, because the 4 moles that were all in one location on my abdomen (just above and to one to one side of my belly button) are smaller actually all together than the size of my belly button.(each about the size of a typed uppercase "O"). She told me "I'll give you a good deal, how much can you pay?" I was not willing to say an amount or negotiate something that I didn't feel should be up for negotiation since she had all the information in advance prior to our appointment and yet did not disclose to me that the Groupon would not cover cover the cost and I would need to pay an additional amount. Based on principle, I could not bring myself to pay more under these circumstances, because I felt if I pay more I'd be rewarding bad behavior. Out of curiosity, I asked how much additional she would charge and she quoted $200. I shared that I felt that I was being taken advantage of and she said this is Beverly Hills. Not a good answer. Having a location in Beverly Hills should not allow a business to take advantage of customers. At this point, it was not about the price that was the issue. It was about the non-disclosure. I waited a few days because I did not want to write a review out of spite. However, I'm sharing this story because anyone who has a Groupon needs to know and be careful, and to make sure she guarantees that the Groupon will cover what they are going in for. So this does not happen to them. Make sure to get her to send a text message that the Groupon will cover everything that is needed or disclose the rate up front of what any additional costs will be. In retrospect, I should have put on my shirt and left not let her even work on the tiny mole that she did, because I had a Groupon previously from another facility in the valley that did several several moles and all were under the same Groupon and the results were very good, but unfortunately I did not see them listed under groupon and so since Diana had good reviews I made the mistake of buying her Groupon. Yes, Diana smiles and talks very nice but I've learned my lesson about falling for nice talk.  I arrived at 2:28pm for my 2:30pm appointment, and by 2:39pm I had already had the discussion about my moles with Diana, she did what she did, I dressed and she'd attempted to upsell me and when I opened my phone to provide the Groupon it said 2:39pm. Basically, the one mole she worked on (for the $60 Groupon (which is listed as a $150 value) took about 4 mins, so the other 3 moles could have been done in about 12-15 mins. My experience is being shared not to highlight the extreme price, because I believe a provider should be able to charge whatever they want. However, when a provider baits a customer with one price and then hooks them without disclosing the real terms and price at least in fine print or prior to their appointment then that's a deceptive practice. It needs to be disclosed on the Groupon website and on her website that the Groupon only covers one mole (no matter how tiny).
