There were a couple of people ready to assist, but I decided to work with Graciela. She was amazing! I came in with my pre-school level drawing, some rough measurements, and pictures, and she kindly helped turn my ideas into a professional cabinet design. Graciela was super friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Since I was in a rush to beat traffic, she offered to text and email me the quotes, which I really appreciated. The sales guy was good we were the best of friends after so I thought. Unbeknownst to me it turned out to be all BS just for the sale. I also had intentions to buy a Boss dishwasher and Microwave later. He even gave me his card and said to call him no matter what, if I had a question or concern. Well, I did just that I had a simple question bet some conflicting information they had given during the sale. I called three times and left messages. You would think I would gotten at least a courtesy call back. He never called back and because of the delay to my question there were issues that came up and pretty much snowballed into a big mess. As for the company that is doing my kitchen, two of my neighbors have been watching their work and it looks like they might be going with them. However, as a result of what happed with PS, I will not be recommending them to my neighbors, as well to my family and friends. I will definitely be sharing our poor experience. Not to mention I well be sharing it the remodeling company owner as well. All this because they couldn't respond with a simple courtesy callback. It's called "word of mouth".
