But what really sets Stan apart from others, is that when we just had some of our bamboos "dieing" after many years of nurturing them, he actually took the time to give us advice when there was no sale involved. He told us to water our bamboos more and the leaves would come back on the bamboos that are still not completely dead, instead of cutting them all down now as we feared that we had to do. This saved our day, after all the hard work we have done to finally get our beloved bamboos to full size.
