They even gave us the phone number of the person making the bench if we ever needed to communicate with him. Two weeks later, tried calling to get the status. Neither the store nor the bench maker answers their phone, and they don't return messages. You need to physically go in the store to find out the status. It is now third week of August, 7 weeks later, and we've visited the store three times to find out the status. Each time we're told that they'll call us when it's ready and made to feel foolish for inquiring. Last time, 3 weeks ago, we were told it'll be there the next day. Custom furniture is a joke. No follow through or communication. Edit down the street has a person to suggest instead. Check with them.

They assured that we are getting a fantastic set of fixtures for our bathroom remodel. We swallowed hard because the cost was 50% more than the metal fixtures we had looked at by Koehler, but they convinced us. What a mistake. All of the control handles and Blu fixtures are stamped from plastic with cheap metallic coating. We've had two completely delaminate, and all of the wall covers have come loose. Our general contractor has been trying to get Pedini to replace those which the yellow plastic is showing through the cheap veneer, but three months later, the only thing we hear is the chip of crickets. Please think long and hard about a high-end distributor who pawns cheap plastic fixtures off, then seems to avoid standing behind them when they fail.

He and his crew have mowed the lawn, weeded the gardens, pruned the bushes and small trees, barked the garden and climbed high in a large Maple Tree to prevent large branches from hanging on the roof of a fairly large shed. The last time I visited, I dragged a friend in with me as she was intimidated by what she saw staged in front. He came over and offered to help us out. He got a light bulb as there wasn't one in it and placed it in the lamp then plugged it in. My friend collects crystals and rocks, so she went off on a tangent asking questions, and the sales agent indulged her and didn't BS her when she asked things he didn't know, and he offered to find out. They have several full, decorated Christmas trees during the holidays that you can buy and have transported home so you don't have to do any decorating yourself.
