The meat was not over cooked and the cheese was melted with the peppers and onions underneath. The fries looked pale but they were cooked and lightly salted. The cook brought the food out to us which was a nice touch. They checked on our table several times to make sure we were ok. My lunch mates had hamburgers which they really liked. There was no quiet corner to escape to, and my boyfriend was seething in anger and disgust the entire 20-25 minutes we waited there, as well as the 20 minute drive home. They had just celebrated their 30th anniversary over the weekend and it sounds like a place that is good to patrons and their staff. Spacious for gatherings and have two pool tables and dart boards. They do not serve food so don't come hungry but good for some drinks and socializing.
