I contacted Alex on Friday 3/27 and he stated there was no warranty in effect, which I knew was likely. However, he said he would take care of us. He came out this morning, Monday 3/30, and repaired the bubble area, and even a blemish we caused. He did not charge us anything for the repair, even though he spent quite a bit of time on it. It is a rarity in this day and age when a service provider far exceeds your expectations. Most companies are looking for any reason to tell you it is not their problem. Not ReNew Refinishing. They take care of their customers even when it is not their responsibility. An amazing company!!! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We had a 40 year old sink, very deep sink, in a laundry room that was in need of refinishing, not to mention a new faucet. The sink was a drop in sink in a tiled countertop. Serge arrived this morning, on time, and was very friendly and professional. I had attempted to turn off the angle stops, but the hot water valve seemed frozen. The handle wouldn't easily turn and I was afraid to put too much pressure on it for fear of creating and even bigger problem. So, I turned the water off, in order to remove the supply hoses to the faucet and remove the faucet. In discussing this with Serge, he stated that sometimes applying a little force will break the 'seal' and allow the valve to be closed. At that point, I felt I was probably going to have to call a plumber to replace the valve, so I had nothing to lose. He broke it free and the valve seated properly with no leaking. In my view, Serge saved me a tremendous amount of hassle, not to mention a lot of money. Now, as to the refinishing job done on our sink this picture says it all! The variations of 'color' in the picture are due to lighting and shadows resulting from the lighting. The sink is totally bright white! He did a fabulous job and we are extremely pleased with the result! ReNew's price was quite a bit lower than the other quote I received. I waited a little while to see how severe this was going to be and it accumulated to a point I realized something was seriously wrong and they needed a total redo and not just a touch up. Every cabinet door that was painted sage green was flaking so I contacted Essential cabinets and Devin said he would contact his supplier to reorder paint and pick up the cabinet doors to re-paint. I followed up and was placed on the schedule a month out, May 19th. I never received any other communication and they did not show for the appointment. I sent a msg on the 20th stating I had expected them and asked if they were still willing to correct the paint job. I didn't hear back. I'm now going to have to find a new painter and hope to match the paint as well as his supplier. Avoid work with this company.

Explained the entire process step-by-step and then did really high quality work. Our grout and caulking looks like new and all soap scum was completely removed from the tiles. Then when I cleaned the jets, I was so grossed out that I never used the tub again. Beyond that, the surface was really unsightly, worn, and had little cracks all around the drain area. I had looked into replacing it with a new tub, but the way the tub was built in with a cultured marble surround it would have cost thousands, and I couldn't find anything to replace the surround that would match or coordinate with my shower. Based on reviews here, I called Art. What a great move! He gave me an estimate, scheduled the work, protected my bathroom with care, and did a wonderful job. He plugged the nasty jets and made them disappear! He took extreme care to get the new finish to blend with the other surfaces in the room to my satisfaction. He was careful to vent any fumes out of the house, which was important to us because my husband has respiratory issues. He kept me informed about what he was doing. Now my tub looks great and my guest bath is well on the way to becoming my personal spa retreat! Beyond his talent and professionalism, Art is just a really nice guy, very respectful, and pleasant.
