I called a number of cleaning services, but since it was Saturday, most of them were closed or required more advance notice to arrange cleaning. This was the only service with that responded to "emergencies." The owner was friendly and professional over the phone, giving me a reasonable estimate of cost and agreeing on a time that worked with our move-out schedule. They arrived exactly when agreed and stayed in touch throughout the day while we ran errands and they cleaned the house. In addition to thorough cleaning, they were able to fix some wall damage and would have been able to fix some paint if we'd had the correct color on hand. The end result was that our landlord was very impressed with how clean our apartment was after 5 years and 2 kids there, and we felt we'd gotten the full value of what we paid in excellent service. Still waiting to hear how much of the security deposit we're getting back (probably not all due to the paint issue mentioned above), but we definitely feel these cleaners did a great job! Highly recommended, especially for last-minute needs!

Live with roommates, so am uninspired to clean the "not my space" areas, but we are dust free now (sort of). We'll see if it re-lands or if they use a damp rag so it is really gone!! I don't mind cleaning but, who has time these days? All I did is leave my keys and come home to a clean albeit still cluttered kitchen. Will definitely use them again. We have a large house full of chotckes(sp) so we just made a wish list and she actually did it all! We did realize we couldn't have the whole house done for $65 but we made a priority list and she was able to do it! So all told it was about one third of the house, some of the easy but nuisance jobs like dusting but also the floors and counters, looks like the high & low spaces that don't usually get done (she actually moved things and cleaned under them! I hope we can swing it at least once a month, because divided by roommates, it is so worth it. I have many things I would rather be doing on my weekend than cleaning and when I don't even hate cleaning, it's just the mood doesn't strike as often as it should, I guess.

Emanuela is super professional, sweet and hard working. We have a three bedroom place and are three guys (we are actually pretty clean so no need for the shrieks of horror). Emanuela comes once a week to do a minor clean (kitchen and bathrooms mostly) and then once a month to do a full clean. I have to say coming home after Emanuela has done a full clean is amazing. We've been having her come clean for last 9 or 10 months, and ever since roommate life has been so much easier. Honestly the number one cause of roommate conflict is over whose turn it is to clean the bathroom or mop the kitchen or whatever. Once we started having Emanuela come I don't think we've had any real arguments in the house. I also have to repeat how great it is that either Luiz or Emanuela call each week to remind us of the upcoming appointment. If on the rare occasion, something has come-up making the scheduled appointment unworkable they are more than willing to work with us to find an alternative time. Over all the key for us was that Luiz and Emanuela are trustworthy solid people. At no point have we ever had a concern about them being in our house. They charge fair rates, do a great job, are professional and most importantly kind and flexible.
