Apparently this company makes it a habit of just leaving and not returning. They happily sign contracts for work and then fail to perform while continuing to take your money. DO NOT believe the 5 star ratings, they are fake. The BBB is well aware of them and you can't fake them. read more

Started using this service in the spring and they never ever come to an appointment when it is scheduled. They don't believe in calling to let you know that they will not be coming either. Unbelievably frustrating and expensive. Do not waste your money! read more

This Company has provided me the worse service since I signed the contract. I ordered an Crawl space door, and they were to fill a few holes inside my home. It took 3 weeks for them to get the door. During that time no other work had been done, since they stressed the need for this door work completed first. They never, ever filled the holes inside the home. I signed the contract in July, it's now October and I still never got the holes inside the house filled. I called asked for a refund and they only gave me a refund for the upside down crawl space door they put on. (Allowing more rodents inside my home). I spent 500$ and the only work they have done was incorrect. Do yourselves a service and go somewhere else this company will take your money and do nothing to help with your problem. read more

Very patient with this business but however poor customer service. Spent over 1400.00 in pest exclusion only to find a squirrel in my attic two months later, been fighting since to get the problem resolved. Branch manager gives you the run around hoping you will just go away. Do your research before hiring for services or you will surely pay for it! read more

I don't know about the Balto. office, but the one out of White Plains has a ways to go in terms of customer service. A guy showed up to eradicate bees. He proceeded to get the pesticide over everything except the objective. Result: having to apply an absorbent and then me having to clean up the mess for an hour and a half in 95 degree heat. I had to decontaminate concrete, a broom, and dustpan. I had to throw out contaminated chair covers and a rug that got hit with the pesticide. Making matters worse, the guy had to use the house restroom and had to use one of my stepladders. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

The fixed price in 2021 was $300; the monthly unit fee was $40 but moved up $50 over time. Now that my partner and I have moved and have changed address, they want us to pay $400. We have been Brody Bros customers for years and have given them approx. $3,000 over time by being loyal customers. That money is going to dry up if they don't remove the fixed fee for moving to a new location. This won't be a problem because there are highly qualified business substitutes in their market. My observations and opinions are my own perception. Brody Bros obviously has a platform to defend their position for pricing. However, I am motivated to give three stars over the pricing strategy because I think it is nasty work.

I live in an old historical part of Baltimore and came home to the lovely surprise of a thick swarm of flying ant-like insects all over the property. They were congregating around the old wood piles, so I was certain they were eating it and called up in a panic. (I had never dealt with a pest issue before and I was terrified at the thought of something possibly eating my recent purchase). So I called and he asked me to text him a few pictures. Turns out it was just citronella ants. (Generally harmless and definitely don't eat wood.) He could have easily taken me for a ride in my naivety, but he didn't. I'll take expertise, honesty, and integrity in a heartbeat. I'll also have him first in my recommendation list for others or in case I have an actual problem in the future.

It is important to me to fully understand any identified issues and to identify key home components (water main shut-offs, sprinkler bypass, etc.), so it was a relief that Sam didn't mind my inquisitiveness and was happy to provide information throughout the inspection. He is clearly very knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection, specifying which issues would require professional attention. The inspection report was completed the same day and was accurate, with an appropriate level of detail and photos. Home inspections can be very expensive, but will frequently save you significant amounts of money if they are done properly. The inspection provided by Pro-Tec was excellent and I highly recommend them. (An additional note: several people mentioned receiving calls and emails about home security systems. It has been a couple of weeks since my inspection, and I have not received any emails. I received one call, politely declined, and have not received any more. I didn't find this to be a problem.)

Our Pest control serviceman, Gino Lupano is so good at what he does and he really knows his information. I often have questions and concerns about products and pests and he always knows just what is going on and eases my concerns. We have 3 dogs and he is so accommodating when I need to shuffle them so he can treat the needed areas. Whenever we have to make a call for an unplanned service, I always request him. He sometimes is not available and we have had other service personnel. But he is by far the best and he has been providing service for us for many years. I highly commend Gino on doing a superb job! He goes above and beyond, even brings my empty garbage cans up to my house from the street if they happen to be there when he comes. Thank You to Gino Lupano!! read more

Since then the quality of service has always been consistently good but with Gino, it has risen to excellent. He is very meticulous on the job and always takes as much time as the task requires. I started using HP for an out of control ant problem. They solved the problem and continued on. Our house backs up to woods so spiders etc are always a problem.
