HomeRenew 360 did a great job on my mother in-law's Master shower! As you can see in the before and after picks the shower was an original design to the house from the 70's. Most people will never see a true sunken step down shower in their home but her house had one! After multiple quotes from other companies HomeRenew came in with a good quote for the work that needed to be done. We met with Idan and went over what we wanted done and was assured that him and his crew could pull it off. Idan and his team did a great job getting the started right away after the contract was signed. The time frame it was going to take was about a month from start to finish... it took a little longer due to some scheduling issues and waiting on the city inspector at some points. Other than that, everything really moved nicely once the project started. The workers were very nice and courteous when coming into our home and making sure to lay down construction paper/tarps on the floor so they would not track anything into the house while working. I do recommend HomeRenew for any shower renovations you might need done! They truly did a great job on updating my mother in-laws shower! (Side note) I would have given them 5 stars if it was not for the scheduling/design issues and at some points of the job I had to reach out to the project managers and ask if anyone was coming out for the day to work. For my project I originally was looking for strictly roofing companies. I was planning on getting solar installed and to be on the safe side wanted opinions and quotes from various companies about our roof. Our roof was probably 10-15 years old so it was in mostly decent condition; except for a known leak in one area that has been a problem spot of the house. The thing that impressed me was during inspection Idan Mizahi and Ron Shugi noticed some black spots on a window near the roof leak. They formulated a plan to not just fix the roof but try to eliminate the problem by: replacing the roof, performing mold remediation, and replacing damaged siding near the problem area. While their quote was much higher than roofing companies, the other companies didn't have the scope of work Home Renew 360 proposed. They were very pleasant to work with. I always asked them to wear booties in the house since we have carpet and they saved them every time they arrived. They always were punctual and open with communication of arrival windows and expected hours of work. They were very fast and accommodating if added work was needed. There was an incident where during roofing work the crew punctured our HVAC system without them knowing it was attached to the inside ceiling of our attic. They paid for our HVAC company's diagnostic test and fix which was very outstanding. While it hasn't rained yet I am confident that they will be around for a while to help with any future issues. I asked for a final assessment of Ron and he was willing to schedule with me right away. I will use their company in the future. read more

Every few months I come back and edit my reviews and see if I still feel the same. My opinion has not changed about Home360. I can't believe we paid them 20k for a tiny bathroom and to remove a tub. We are doing another bathroom remodel and we've been able to save two thirds of the cost just by knowing a few things about finding skilled workers, basic carpentry and the best places to buy materials. Overall, the bathroom looks great thanks to the contractors who did the actual work. Lastly, the business model is very tailored to high end homes, not small homes, small projects, and even smaller budgets. I just wish i knew that going in, but I wont make the same mistake again. read more

My client had roof leaking issue and I called Home Renew 360 Long Beach to do inspection and quote. Project Manager Isaac came to see the roof and house interior on 2/17. Issac sent us contract on 2/20 and all parties signed on 2/21. I mailed the deposit check on 2/21. Contract include replacing new roofs, patch and paint bedrooms and studio celling, drywall, baseboard damaged by leaking water. 2/28 today in the afternoon 12:49pm, Isaac text me and said he can give me priority and start the job tomorrow 3/1/2023. However after 4 hours, he text me again to clarify they only do basic paint touch up (Patching is not included). Actually they wrote " patch and paint " in contract but now they told me contract is not approved. What??? Home Renew 360 project manager told me the contract all parties signed not approved?? So funny!!! Who can tell me what contract we singed???? Uri could you tell me???? Also I'm wondering why you don't clarify patching is not included on next day I signed the contract??? Why you clarify one day before project start??? So wired. They wasted my 7 days and did nothing and ask me to cancel the project. Idan Mizrahi and his teams were incredibly helpful after the latest rain storms. We noticed some roof leakage when we came home from our baby's birth and being new parents we had no time to tackle the needed fixes on our own before the next rain. Idan and Home Renew 360 had a top down approach, ensuring the roof was maintained and waterproofed before we increased the scope of our project, which we did and we appreciate Idan's steady approach to scaling up our project. What started as a simple roof patch job, he and his crews actually built a cricket and addressed some flashing and gutter issues which we had not discussed as part of the project with no added cost, very kind. While Idan would have been happy for us to redo the entire roof at greater cost to us, he moreover wanted to start a good relationship and he certainly did. He even mentioned that should the roof work not prevent leakage our costs could be put towards that greater roof work, though I'm sure it will hold. The company also conducted mold tests and upon tests showing mold presence we were happy to change work order to engage in the pre-planned mold remediation. On top of all that, inspection of our attic didn't reveal rain issues but Idan made an incredible offer to sanitize and insulate the attic. For all we got the price was a great deal. The attic and roof jobs took one day each and the mold remediation was completed over a weekend. The crew even matched and patched paint from mold remediation, even came back after the paint dried to rehang our curtains. Overall, satisfied with the work. read more

I contacted HomeAdvisor as my wife's heating & air conditioning guys removed the units drain pipe and as a result my roof was leaking. Home Renew 360 sent Idan Mizrahi out to give me an estimate. Idan is the type of gentleman to inspire confidence and i did like his estimate. As a result, a couple days later, i gave them the job. Home Renew 360 did my complete flat roof. There was one problem. Idan Mizrahi called me as when they completely stripped the old roof, it was obvious that some of the wood was in bad shape. As my house is 95 years old that wasn't all that much of a surprise.' Idan had videos to show me and a ladder was up if i wanted to see for myself. Requested a free estimate and the company stated that I had to be there for the roof repair estimate. The roof is outside and they have access but they were clear that someone needed to be home as that was Company policy. I explained that someone would be there but they were adamant that I had to be there so they could talk to me after the estimate. Very pushy and it seemed they were more interested in the hard sell. I paid for the entire roof 5 yrs ago for some reason they did short cuts did partial roof only they chose the color for me without my consent and they started the day without my consent. They only replaced the shingles. Other company would do better and would do the entire roof for the price. I wished I went with other companies than this sht. He was thorough in presenting options during the quote comps period and gave us honest options on what was needed. In 2019 and 2021 my wife Connie and I had a lot of work done by Home Renew 360. Our salesperson and point of contact throughout the process was Idan Mizrahi "Aiden" The outside of our house was painted, the roof was replaced, carpets were removed and replaced with floor tiles throughout. Our masterbedroom and bath were completely remodeled with subway tile in the bathroom, a brand new shower, and custom built-in furniture. The City of Upland building inspector commented several times on the quality of the work and when completed, said the MBR was the nicest one he had ever seen. Aiden visited the job site many times and really cared about our satisfaction. His professional suggestions greatly improved the finished product, We have not had ant problems with any work that was done by Home Renew 360 until the strongest windstorm I have ever experienced occurred in early January 2025. A few roof tiles on one edge loosened up and were out of place. I called Aiden and he came out the next day which was a Tuesday. On Wednesday, a roofer came out and did a beautiful repair. I clearly posted the job, the size and the detail to which you responded 2. 1st question from salesperson is if there were any other jobs This is exactly how those spam callers sound who cold call to see if homeowners need any type of work. If that's not home renew 360, it's how they came off and sounded.. I didn't have time for the caller and said I had to go and may call back - really to get them off the phone as I was not comfortable with them at all. To which they quickly inserted before i disconnected .... "Wait your job is too small we can't take it..." Well shoot, thanks for wasting both our times, you could have said that in the message response. Lastly- I'm on the fence about the call and the text after the review I posted. On one hand I like that an effort was made to see what can be done, However since I only reviewed my interaction and impressions with the encounter and not their actual work, this felt more like badgering me for the low review and trying to say I'm wrong. Rather than simply listening to the customer feedback I gave in my review and move on. I called to get an estimate customer service was fantastic, after they looked at my rest room to do the work, I was told that i would receive an estimate within 48 hours. i called on Tuesday and was told they had he wrong email. so i gave them the correct one. next day i called and was told they would alert the sales man and he would get right back to you. Again nothing happen. I called back on Wednesday asking what happen. Their response was they would get right back to me. Home Renew 360 restored some of our house after water damage caused the floors and walls to need to be replaced/repaired/repainted in about half of our home. Our contractor was Roy Lansky, and he was great! He was very responsive, paid close attention to what we wanted for the project without trying to upsell us, and made sure the job got done very quickly. It took the team about 2 weeks to do some plumbing work, replace the drywall, texture it, repaint everything, build a whole new wall, replace all the doorframes, cut some of the tile, and replace all the flooring. The team paid close attention to details and easily handled some tricky requests. Everything turned out really nicely, and it looks way better than it did before the damage! We're very happy with the results, and we're considering getting some more of that new flooring because it looks great! read more
