He came to the door and was smiling and polite, he came in and was very professional. He reviewed the carpet cleaning process thoroughly, and let us know that the carpet needed to dry overnight before moving the furniture back. He used protectors to protect all our furniture during the process. Our carpet was very dirty and stained especially in the heavy traffic areas. Once Mr. Lewis was done, all the stains were gone and the heavy traffic areas were gone. Leaving the carpet looking good as new!! And the carpet was not that wet when completed!!
