Hebert, owner of Homecrafters, Emmanuel (5 stars), head tech guy who has been with the company for 18-years, and Daniel, installer who joined the team just 6-months ago - were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks to their 'know-how', they did quick work of hiding the pipe and wires beneath the tub. After the tub was in place, Emmanuel took the time to explain what the buttons were for and when to use them. A job well done. I bought a Marquis Spirit spa from Homecrafters. Beautiful spa, but the jets were not powerful enough to help much with my arthritis, tendonitis, and stressed muscles. Homecrafters researched and installed a more powerful pump, and I am enjoying a much better experience. It is a rare company nowadays that actually cares about its customers and follows through. While Covid did slow down the installation of this BBQ island by over a month due to supply issues as a result of Covid, the finished product is pretty awesome. We have bought a few Marquis hot tubs from Andy and Terry and man do they know their stuff. Boy those tubs make you feel sooo good. Especially if you get one with the foot jets! They also stand behind their products and they come out and service them ... which in the long run is the most important aspect of the long term enjoyment of a your hot tub. We also got a Green Egg from them and last night I was cooking a few thick tomahawk steaks and not only did they come juicy, but they had the most delicious smoky flavor that Green Eggs deliver. Spoke to Terri ,purchased a Green Egg in 2015 and for some odd reason the base cracked called them up last week and they asked for pics so they can make a warranty claim and they handled the situation with grace, and had a new base within 4 days. This has been by far my best experience with a local business a lot of ppl in business can learn a thing or 2 from these guys. I have no idea how Andy and his gets any positive reviews, he is unpleasant and arrogant and has no idea how to interact with customers. He must be writing any positive reviews. He lies about delivery dates during this shortage to get your money then forgets about you. He promised delivery the last week of May and then i find that the truth is nothing is coming in until at least November. He rarely answers calls. We cancelled when we learned of his lies, don't waste your time with this wannabe businessman. I recently purchased a Big Green Egg from the business. The reason was their customer service attitude. Josh was very thorough in his explanation of the product. Due to a slight training issue the temperature gauge on my egg became damaged. I called the store to speak with the manager so I could voice my concerns. Josh returned my call and explained to him the information I had received from another sales associate caused me to damage the gauge. He promptly said he would replace the gauge at no cost. I had not asked to do this as I felt it was partially my fault albeit acting on information I had received. This is the kind of service this business provides. After a private purchase of a spa, the original spa owner recommended Homecrafters Spas & BBQ (formerly Marquee) to assist with the pickup and delivery of the spa. I called to request a quote and arrange for the move. The person I spoke to said he would need to confirm the quote amount with his boss and that he would call me back. I explained I had a time constraint on the move and he said that would not be a problem. I expected him to call me back in a couple hours, but no one called. A couple days later, I called back and spoke to someone else who was aware of my previous call and said they were still waiting on a quote. I re-emphasized my time constraint and he said someone would call me right back. Two days after the second call, I tried to make contact one more time before seeking out another business since I only had three days left to make the move. An hour and a half after their professed opening time, the phone went to a machine. I chose not to leave a message and move on to somewhere else. My exposure was very limited, but I was really disappointed that it took so long for something as simple as a quote (even after I gave all the information requested). I hope they are doing well enough that they truly did not need my business, but I wish they would have said so up front if that were the case. read more

They not only did everything they said they would do in a timely fashion, but they went over and above what I had asked for and did it under budget. Andy (the owner) doesn't make any promises that he can't keep and everything is in writing and reviewed for accuracy. What is so very impressive about Andy and his team is the quality of the work -- before, during and after the job. In addition, he is not only competent but he is also honest and ethical.
