I haven't rented a tux in a long time, as I have had my own for many years, but sadly, I "outgrew" my most recent. So that is to say I've been spoiled by custom-fit tuxes since after I married 40+ years ago, until this one. Maybe I'm being too harsh? Also, if she had already ordered it like she said, and it takes three days, why would I need to wait another 3 days if she wasn't lying?! Also, take note, the shoes they sell look just like worn, used outdated relics. The owner has one thing on her mind, and that's your money. As I walked through the door, I was first chastised for not having them on hangers (I should have walked out immediately), but instead pointed out that I had a bag with hangers and was going to put them on hangers for her to go through the clothes. I was by myself and it made it easier for me to carry in the basket, then the hangers. With a cursory glance at the first three items, she rejected the entire lot of designer labels. ReThreads is not the same- at all. It is unfortunate. It was once a great destination to sell and shop. I don't know if it changed ownership, but the former staff is what created returning customers.
