I asked the manager if I could just get a store credit ..her reply was No without a receipt. She told me I could get something for $13, nothing in that store was $13 at that time. I was in there today,Feb 10 to take care of this matter. I work retail and understand how important customer service is. I'll never shop at the Galleria ZARA!
