    Fall vibe

Definitely my favorite place to shop for my home decors and all other crafts stuff with reasonable prices. There are so many choices for mugs, gift bags, beddings, display decors...etc. I always stuck here for hours pleasantly to browse. Overall they keep things at the right places and it is clean and neat enough for a big store like this. All staffs are nice and willing to assist every time I come here at least, it makes me feel so welcomed. I want to say that it is very therapeutic for me each time shopping here; surrounded by all the lovely designed home decors and creative crafts, love the vibe here so much.

Heads up if you buy something online with PayPal they will only give you store credit instead of crediting back to original form of payment. Angelica was helping us and she kept questioning items when they were clearly Christmas and one was a white paper with a logo that had pine needle design on the label clearly Christmas but because it was solid white they wouldn't honor it even though it was called Aspen and everyone goes there for Christmas as well as it was with all the Christmas paper. Bella the coordinator wouldn't honor even when I tried to explain it has Christmas motif on the label which is the requirement for the extra 50% off. This Bella was nastier than expected and her manager Veronica was not on duty apparently no manager was when we asked for one. The customer service from Angelica questioning every single thing we found all in the Christmas section and we're clearly Christmas to Bella being so rude and not accommodating to Veronica and management being absent is unacceptable. I would NOT recommend shopping here they are the worst and will not honor anything ruining your shopping experience. The parking lot is disgustingly dirty. Customer service at this location needs a lot of work. The sad part is they end up throwing it away anyway, so sad. Really has gone downhill.

Depending on what home goods you are going to you might have a good chance of getting some good stuff. I always spend more then $80 in that store. very good quality on items. better then ross I think . Pet section is great.

LOVE THIS STORE ============== I have been looking for some inexpensive paintings for ages and the Home Goods store in La Cañada never has anything. Visited this huge store yesterday and was able to find one. This store is attached to a TJ Maxx as well with a nice Michael's store Nextdoor. I think I'll be back.

    Adorable baskets

Love my local homegoods store so much! Always have the cutest things and perfect finds. I love this location because it's a homegoods and a TJ Maxx. Today I bought a few baskets that were so cute. Love the prices and value of products. I highly recommend this location! Also, always clean.

What a Great Grand Opening! Welcoming Costumers with Free Reusable Bags. No worrying here about driving around and hoping to get a spot, Home Goods is Located in a huge plaza with tons of parking. Walking in to the store everything is very neat and organized, shelf's and racks are fully stocked and labeled accordingly. Employees are fully staffed, were very helpful, and friendly. Keep up the good work and let's keep this store in high standards. I will definitely be returning and updating this review in the near future. This plaza is being fully redeveloped with a few new stores and great ones at that, just in time for those holiday shopping days. Enjoy Shopping!

HomeGoods, part of the TJ Maxx Company (Ticker:TJX) opened up in Duarte on 10/22/17. Next door, and connected inside, is the clothing store TJ Maxx. They ook over the old location of Albertson's. It felt like years that lot sat empty. So this store is certain to bring shoppers back to the plaza. I walked in less than a week after it opened. Everything was perfectly displayed. Neat, fully stocked, clean and quiet. That made for a nice shopping experience. Can't guarantee that will last with the holidayss approaching. This wasn't a planned trip, and I really didn't need anyting, but saw a plethora of coffee beans. Being an addict, I had to bring some home, even though these were in a very unlikely place. Not just coffee, they have a variety of teas, cookies, gourmet foods and seasonings, even baking kits. The rest of the store carries everything you may need to decorate your home. From the cushions & rugs for the living room, to towels for the bath .... they're all here, categorized by color. Many kitchen items include imported dinnerware. Other range from cutting boards, utensil sets, to things you don't even need, like a sphere ice cube mold. But it's cool to have. Kids and pets aren't left out either. There are many choices little boys & girls and plush beds for the furry ones. I did end up with 4 bags of coffee beans, and that's all I needed (yes, coffee is a 'need') but was fun browsing through their many aisles. Definitely, I'll be bck in the future.

Went in tonight to look for a button up shirt for my son and ended up buying a new doggie bed for my doggie and two new bowls for his food and water. My first time here and it was awesome! The store is half TJ maxx and half home goods. You will find anything and everything that you need! Clothing, purses, fragrance, dog stuff and I could go on and on. The salespeople are very friendly and ready to help answer your questions. The store has great lighting and it's easy to navigate. Ample parking and great location!!

The employees here are so much more welcoming and much more friendlier in this department than TJ Maxx's.

We did not feel the extended warranty was a worthwhile option but are hoping for the best. Flexsteel has its own detailed warranty and since we've never had a good extended warranty experience in the last thirty years (auto, appliances, electronics etc.) we feel like rolling the dice and paying for any repairs would offset the high price of the extended warranty offered. I have to say the shopping experience at Living spaces was the best of all other furniture stores we visited. There was no pressure and delivery was on time and exceptional. Maybe we were just lucky but we will return to Living Spaces for any future purchases.

We are extremely disappointed with how Living Spaces handled what should have been a…read morestraightforward customer service issue. Our home was destroyed in the 2025 Eaton Fire in Altadena. After more than a year of rebuilding, we ordered outdoor furniture from Living Spaces to be delivered in April 2026, while our landscaping was still incomplete. At the time of delivery, we had the delivery crew place the furniture in our finished garage for storage until the yard was ready. Unlike many furniture deliveries, the chairs were not packaged in boxes or protected by any wrapping or other protective materials during delivery, leaving them more susceptible to damage during transportation and handling. When our landscaping was finally completed in July, and we moved the furniture out of the garage, we discovered that one of the metal chair arms had a noticeable dent. We immediately contacted Living Spaces, provided photos, and were informed that because the damage was not reported within seven days of delivery, it would not be covered. Customer service stated it was not considered a manufacturer's defect, so it was also excluded from the warranty. We understood their policy but explained our unique circumstances that the furniture had been stored exactly where the delivery crew placed it while our home was still under construction and had not been moved prior to discovering the damage. Hoping for a reasonable solution, we asked to escalate the matter to a supervisor. Unfortunately, we received the same response. We then requested the delivery photo taken by the delivery crew. Surprisingly, the supervisor initially refused to provide it, and we had to escalate that request to a manager before it was finally released. When we received the delivery photo, it became clear that upon delivery and placement into our garage, the damaged chair had been staged with the seat cushion positioned over the damaged arm, completely obscuring the dent from view in the picture. Had the cushion not been covering the damaged area, we likely would have identified the problem immediately upon delivery. We brought this to the supervisor's attention, but Living Spaces still refused to offer any resolution. What is most disappointing is not that a damaged item was delivered - mistakes happen. It is that Living Spaces chose to rely solely on a rigid policy rather than exercise any discretion or goodwill, even after seeing evidence that the damage had been concealed in the delivery photo and understanding that we were customers rebuilding our home. What's more, is that we did not ask for a full refund or even a replacement of the entire set of the outdoor furniture, we reasonably asked for the replacement of just the damaged chair. Customer service is about more than quoting policies. It's about taking ownership when something goes wrong and treating customers fairly. Our Altadena neighborhood is still in the process of rebuilding after the Eaton Fire. Not only are we dedicated customers of Living Spaces for over two decades, but we are part of a community group of more than 100 neighbors, representing over 50 households in our immediate area, many of whom have not yet begun furnishing their rebuilt homes. Based on our experience, we will no longer be patronizing Living Spaces and will be sharing what happened with our community and encouraging our neighbors to consider furniture retailers that stand behind the products they deliver and demonstrate greater accountability, flexibility, and compassion for their customers. We expected much better from Living Spaces.
