Customer Service is non-existent!! Cheryl needs to concentrate on her job more and less on feedback to her fellow associates & chewing her gum a little less enthusiastically!! Store is disgustingly cluttered, with clothes, on the floor & all over the displays! Wheels on the carts lock at the doors!! What about those of us that purchase a cart full of stuff?? Have seen people walk right out the side door with multiple items, buzzers going off, & not an employee anywhere in sight!! We were out shopping for an Easter Dress. did not find what we wanted but were pleased nevertheless. The week before Easter and we're looking for an Easter Dress. Tried the majors at Haines Mall with no luck. Decided to try Kohl s but later scored at Dress Barn. Looking at Kohl's however, I was impressed. I have a daughter with an upcoming birthday so I took a look at the jewelry counter and I was very impressed. Granted this is a bigger Kohl's than most but they had both an expansive and comprehensive collect at very reasonable prices. More often than not, I am in this store to return something I've purchased off from Amazon. It is a designated location for returns, among many in the city. This is especially convenient for me, since no packaging is required, I can use my phone, and Kohl's usually gives you a coupon towards purchasing something in their store on your return receipt. Can we say, "Bonus?" Yaaasssss! It is undoubtedly a sales trap, but one I happily fall into EVERY time I go. The 20% off or $5 off coupons, in addition to whatever other Kohl's Cash is irresistible to someone who has a love for candles, like me. I digress... I definitely give this store 5 stars, and not just for the coupon perks and returns convenience. Oh no! The store is always nearly merchandised, with helpful staff pretty much everywhere I turn (especially at the Amazon counter!). I've never looked for an item and it wasn't available, even specific items like a certain length drop earring for my sisters wedding. It's a great store. I enjoyed my visit to Kohl's this week. It's not a store I visit often, but I really enjoy strolling through the home section for sale and clearance items. Their home section is pretty nice . Quality linens , cute decorations , and various accessories. In this Kohl's, as with most locations, it takes up an entire wall of the whole building , so it's pretty substantial. I found some Turkish bath sheets on clearance for about $8 each. I also found some seasonal fall decor marked at 50% off . This made me happy because most of the fall decor was not 50% off, but I was able to find something. I also browsed through the jewelry, and women's accessories sections. These can be a little overwhelming and messy, due to it being so much stock out. Nevertheless, there were some great prices . The check out experience was fine. Cashiers were friendly and didn't let the wait get too long to check out . read more

I love that Kohl's now accepts Amazon returns. Not only that, you get a 25% off coupon every time you return something. I have purchased a few items that I wouldn't have, but for those coupons. Luckily, I got great deals on them. The Kohl's in Winston-Salem and in Kernersville both have very friendly staff and the stores are always clean and follow COVID-19 protocols. Previously, I wasn't a Kohl's shopper, however now I have switched to returning my Amazon items to Kohl's just to see what else I can buy with my little 25% off coupon. They have some really quality products at great prices. If you find yourself in need of an Amazon return, or just looking for somewhere to spend a few bucks, I recommend Kohl's. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Pretty much the same throughout he store. Many stores on this level have a worse problems with cleanliness and keeping the stocked picked up. Kohl's does a decent job on that. I am surprised that on a Friday evening this store is practically abandoned as far as customers go. This level of customer attendance is not good for their bottom line. Pricing is what I have come to expect from Kohl's and is similar to Target. Although Kohl's has far greater selection and inventory. I would agree that this store is understaffed. Especially in checkout. The customer service counter is equally understaffed and it shows in the employee's attitudes. Kohl's has a problem and they don't seem willing to tackle it. As more and more retailers face the end of their business life span, others need to realize that the only survival asset is their ability to adapt their business to a better customer service model. Hell of a selection of clothes. They sell other crap too BTW. Decent selection of men's business casual and casual clothes. Of course they have lots of selections for women and kids too. If you look for them, you can get some good deals on the discount racks. Also look for Retail Me Not discounts for Kohl's as well. I found a coupon on that app that took off another 20%. The only things that suck about Kohls are 1) This specific Kohls is in a shopping center that is a pain in the ass to get in and out of. Lots of traffic in this area. 2) Stop asking me if I want your Kohl's credit card. No I don't. Overall it is a decent place to shop and I'll continue to do so. read more

I'm not going to lie, I'm NOT a huge fan of Kohl's. I usually make the trip here when I get those $10 coupons in the mail. (Typically I then make a game out of finding something for $10, as to get it for FREE.) This visit I had both a $10 coupon and $9 in store credit. I usually only shop the clearance racks here. Their normal prices are insane. They then always have "sales" which bring their astronomical prices to what a "normal store" charges. But then when no one wants to buy their "sale" items, they go on the 60-90% off racks where I will then go buy them. Their store was pretty clean but of course the few items I wanted weren't in stock in the specific size I needed. For being pretty dead, the wait at the register... took... an... eternity. Ugh. Icing on the Kohl's cake I guess. But I managed to get my under my $19 budget, receiving 26 cents in change back. I'm sure I'll be back at some point... When I get some more "free money" coupons in the mail, otherwise I'll go ANYWHERE else but here. read more

I love the vast selection of men's, women's, and kids. They have near kitchen, and bedding section. I hate Kohls pricing, everything appears it is on sale. So you have to locate a price tag, and then look on the sign to see what the actual price is. Then a lot of stuff has no prices so you have to find the sign and see if the description matches and then see what the price is. I never would complain about stocking have too much. But in this case they are way over stocked. Some isle you can barely get down, and then the merchandise is stacked up. I can honestly say the only time I see an employee is at check out. Then if you have kohls cash or coupons the employees are confused and know less then the customers. Check out can take awhile because of the confusing pricing, perks, and discounts. read more

You can find some great deals at Kohl's. I have found many items at great prices for my home and wardrobe. When I signed into their WiFi I received a 20% coupon. The store gets disorganized so you have to dig to find what you want. The home and kitchen areas have a great selection. The one selection that is lacking is the woman's section. They do not have much but you can find some good items once in a while. read more

Kohl's is pretty hit or miss for clothes, but for home furnishings this place is pretty bomb. They always have a coupon and the return policy is fairly liberal. I find the plus size clothing brands to be a bit on matronly side and they don't carry larger sizes in intimates, so they loose a star in my book. I did pick up some nice drapes, a few picture frames and a rug, not too shabby. Periodically check their website for coupons, only reason to shop here. read more

As much as i adore Kohl's i hate this winston store the layout is odd and the carts make me feel uncomfortable to push around due to the low handles. It would be helpful if there was one women's clearance area or atleast keep the brands together ie ELLE clearance in Elle dept etc.. it just sucks going to two different locations in the store got women's clearance that's honestly the only thing i dislike about this location read more

I was VERY VERY disappointed after leaving this horrible establishment. No one acknowledge that we were there. Store was a wreck. Couldn't tell if stuff was on sale or if it was for the next day. When we went to checkout there were two employees leaning on cash wrap talking told us one moment and sent anything employee to check us out. We waited about 5 minutes for a woman to check us out who was very rude. Store was very uninviting with it being complete silence and no employees trying to help us. I will not be returning. I came today to check out some recent sales but also trying to find some new dress clothes for my husband and also possibly a few things myself. I was very underwhelmed by the overwhelming clutter and chaos of the store layout today. The racks were so packed full of clothing, which I can understand, if it had been organized in some way. The tables in the typical walkways were blocking me from passing by even without a cart. The men's section had dress shirts of many brands mixed together and ties on the floor, the electronic signs for sale prices were working on about half of the tables store wide and they had scattered accessories through the entire store which made it impossible to truly see what they had. The dressing rooms were well kept and they did have many cashiers, but not many patrons checking out to account for this. I think they could have used the help trying to straighten it up some. Needless to say, I not only left without what I went for, but left due to the chaos of trying to just walk from section to section... After over an hour. read more

I really like this Kohl's. Their selection is good (mostly), they're open later than everyone else, and their prices are good (well, in most departments). Plus they send out those fantastic coupons for up to 30% off, which makes their prices even better. I love the selection in their little girls' department, though I've actually started driving to the Osh Kosh outlet in Greensboro for the 7-14 age range because the selection at Kohl's feels predominantly provocative and immodest. The little boys' department doesn't have a great selection, but what they do have is good quality, even their store brands, like Sonoma. I've found some excellent buys in the men's department, and they have good prices on ladies' jeans. I'd steer clear of their home goods, particularly the kitchen accessories, because they are quite over-priced, but otherwise, this is my favorite department store. read more

After receiving a set of King sheets and trying to exchange them for a set a queen sheets that would be a smaller size, the manager refused to honor the sales price even with receipt and wanted to charge me an additional $40 dollars to purchase the queen sheets. Really Bed, bath and beyond is one store down, target is 3 stores down. Poor customer service. read more
