I honestly feel this HG has one of the BEST selections and for some reason, with the lowest prices! I expected to pay over $160 at the register but was pleasantly surprised all my items only came out to be $85!!!!! Both the interior and exterior probably need some renovation, and from reading some of these reviews, their customer service evidently needs some improvements, however, I feel like I have found my favorite HG locations. Cake stand for $7.99? Spice jar for $4.99? Appetizer dishes at $9.99/4? Their infamous giant reusable shopping bags of designs I haven't seen elsewhere for $0.99? Home Goods is one of favorite store and this location has the best customer service. Every employee has willingness to help and despite the fullness of shelves, nothing is on the floor and everything is well-stocked. The selection of items are great and i should point the reality that they have lot of unique things that you cant find in any other location! I love their Budha's selection. Valuewise, its affordable cuz its home goods but they have pretty big section for their clearance items and they are correctly priced. Why is a slab of wood so expensive at Williams Sonoma? I needed a charcuterie board, and thought I'd try here. Yup, good idea. They had exactly what I had in mind for a fraction of the price. I walked right up to it (it was the only one on display at the first place I looked, but was relieved that it was a handsome piece handcrafted in India...hope they have ethical practices). I immediately placed it in my cart. As I perused the rest of the store, I happened upon where the actual selection of boards were, and it was vast. I stuck with my initial pick. I used a gift card that I've had for YEARS. Service was great! When I went to go pay, I went into zombie mode, and scanned my Apple Pay before I remembered that I had that gift card that I was trying to unload. They quickly did a return for me so that I could finally utilize my gift card. All missions accomplished. read more

Great selection of items but horrible customer service. The cashier who was wearing a hijab was so unfriendly and rude. She left to go attend another thing in the middle of scanning my return items, and then complained-asked why I'm returning something I didn't even open. I am not required to tell the employee my reason for return as long as it still has the tag in unused, original condition, which is what I did. I was being EXTRA NICE and told her reason for my returns, but hey you know what? Next time, I'm not answering her when she clearly ignored and up and left me in the middle of ME talking. I was left feeling so embarrassed and enraged. Like how dare she do that to a customer?! I even tried to make small conversation because her vibe was so hostile and micro aggressive, but nope, cold as ice. She super guilt tripped me on purpose and was extremely unfriendly and rude. Does not like to engage in any conversation except to guilt trip me AND to complain about my returns. And then it got WORSE. I also had purchases to make after my return, and she literally parked me and tended to another customer who wasn't even in line and just CUT. This employee didn't even apologize or ask if it's okay if she tends to TWO other things while "helping" me. She should not have done that. I love this location for the items but I almost don't want to go back because of her. I think this location would benefit from training employees properly on how to treat customers at least neutrally if not well. At least this specific employee has no basics or even bare minimum quality for customer service. I came back and it was my turn, and I almost wanted to tell the customer behind me to go ahead because I did NOT want to interact with this specific employee. This is a paragon of how an employee should NEVER make a customer feel. Anxious, and dreading for the unfriendly, rude interaction, knowing that I'm being overtly disrespected. Just horrible! I bought so much from here at a really great price, but I'm just going to go back to return everything that still has the tag and is unused. Going to buy from another vendor or retailer even if it's more expensive. I just moved recently and have been replacing A LOT of my belongings that has any BAD ENERGY attached on them from my past 6 years of the most difficult times in my life, and my new belongings' energy I bought from here are already ruined because of her. It's my priority now to have belongings with new good energy. Just going to have Amazon ship everything to me because shopping IN PERSON experience was terrible because of this even though this is what HomeGoods push for. I've been here a few times to browse and look around for home items. The store is well organized and they have a great selection of items. I love how they put together curated sections of similar items like a stand for holiday items or a stand for all things coquette. The prices here are pretty solid. I do feel like stores like theses are kind of like a thrift shop where you really gotta find the hidden gems. My last trip here, I picked up a cute little far to store sugar. The lines are never super long here and parking is pretty much a breeze. It's also right next to a Trader Joes so you could also get your grocery shopping done afterwards. read more

Ok so something happened. Usually i enjoy shopping at HomeGoods, but today was an experience with whoever checked my items out. the cashier asked if we wanted to donate to help kids with cancer. i politely declined (to the money part, not the helping), but as we were leaving, she turned around said pretty audibly, "guess she want to help," clearly downplaying those who didn't donate (bc earlier another lady donated and they cheered for her through the loudspeaker, which is nice and wholesome, but not what she's otherwise doing here) that made me feel a little guilty though it shouldn't have, bc not donating to good causes through some shopping place shouldn't put one at guilt, but donating is a personal choice, and no one should be guilt-tripped for not giving. especially not by a cashier representing a for-profit company. i donate to causes i care about through official organizations, not h corporations. and there's more than one way to help??? hello?? so anyways, sharing my experience and here to anyone else being treated similarly that this isn't right on THEIR part. just be a nice person. do better read more

I've been to some TJ Max/ HomeGoods where they will not allow or are not trained on how to use my digital TJMax card. I rarely carry my cards or a wallet. This place is a joke! We shop at this location often. We went early in the morning and the place was a complete mess yet there were a lot of employees around. There was an issue with one of the items because it didn't have a tag and the manager on duty was rude to my cashier when she asked the price. Condescending is an understatement. The managers on duty need to learn to be professional when there are customers around and treat their employees better. No wonder they have a high turnover. read more

Who doesn't love treasure-hunting? I think each proprietor of any Homegoods (or any similar store) just loves to hunt for the good prices or unique finds that you may not be able to find in an everyday store without really looking for it. I really like Homegoods because it provides such a huge variety of choices, and you really never know what you might find. While there is some sense of organization, it really is a free-for-all. I do find the store to also be inspiring: just a twist of a design of a pumpkin just gives that boost of positive creativity. Prices are all over the board, of course. You might something at a pretty good deal at the clearance section, but then you might find several other items that seem to be above regular price. Staff has been good. I don't normally ask for too much help but, when checking out, they are as quick as possible and are careful with the products; i appreciate the pride they have in their merchandise (also, who would want to break their own product or risk it getting broken?). Good sized parking lot in the same center as Trader Joe's and YLS Bakery, but the entrances/exits are at a somewhat steep slope, so you may risk scratching the bottom of the car :/ read more

I just wanted to mention today I went shopping to HomeGoods and the cashier was insisting that I get there credit card because I was buying over $200 and she said you'll get 10% off I kept saying no but she insisted and convinced me the only reason I was getting it was to get that discount, well guess what I applied, then the cashier tells me that my application has to be reviewed I was like what!! The only reason I applies was because I had a large purchase and I wanted that discount now. If I would of known that they had to review my application and not get my discount immediately I would HAVE NOT APPLIED!! I'm sure this happens all the time and I felt tricked!! Be advised that some items will have defects such as red threads sewn into tan fabric. However this is to be expected when you are purchasing quality items for a lower cost. That said, we have found some great bamboo kitchen utensils, blankets, towels, organization baskets, and other home items here for less than retail. The employees here are friendly and helpful. The only reason this location gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes shelves are packed so precariously that it is difficult to look at items without feeling like something is going to fall when you remove the item you'd like to evaluate for purchase. read more

I really love HomeGoods. It's quite a trek from my house but it's worth it. It's a great place to waste a few house looking and also a great place to spend a lot of money. I really like to come here for their seasonal stuff. They have 5+ isles of Christmas decorations. They also have things for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Easter and probably other holidays you decorate your house for. They only get them around that time of year, so it's another thing you have to add to your holiday shopping list. Other than that, they have a fantastic selection of other household items including furniture, lighting, dishes and other kitchen items, bedding and bath. They even have pet stuff. Good prices on most things, but it can be really hard to keep yourself from filling your cart with goodies. read more

This Homegoods is within a mile of my house and definitely my homebased Homegoods. I go about once every other week. They always have an amazing selection of goods but I do agree with others when they say it is messy. However, my main gripe with them is in their customer service. When I check out, I consistently feel like they are trying to push their TJMaxx credit card on me. Today, it was an aggressive sales pitch that I didn't appreciate. I don't want the card. I said two times "NO" and still the aggressive push. That irritates me....And I also don't like the announcing of the charitable giving. So I guess if I don't like it, don't shop there. Staff was nice at time of checkout. The store was a bit messier compared to other locations. One reason i did not give 5 stars was due to the fact some of their merchandise is damaged (and located within the shelves not a clearance rack). I bought multiple items today and after i removing the tag from the picture frame i noticed it was damaged. Frustrating to know i paid full price for a damaged item. I would most likely go to another location in the future rather the drive the extra miles to this one. read more
