We finally received them and they are trash. They are not made out walnut as was advertised, Its some cheap wood with a terrible stain job and actual finger prints all throughout the finish. They are not even spheres; they are completely misshapen. Steer clear of these scam artists!

They are unwilling and unable to provide receipt receipts with redacted customer information on how much these items actually sold for and scribbled on an inventory sheet how much they claim that they have sold for. The woman, Chris, basically told me that she's not going to do that and then hung up on me. I have never encountered a less professional consignment store in the years that I have consigned furniture, personally and professionally.. they donated a side table without giving us the opportunity to pick up nor did they give us any notification that they were going to donate it. I would avoid this place like the absolute plague it is.. as soon as they take your money, they do not want to be held liable for proving how much the furniture actually sells for. There are numerous other places that will be honest and be able to provide receipts with redacted customer information. They claimed to be a "mom and pop shop" but the inventory list is printed from some sort of inventory software, I assume the sale price should also be listed in the same system (how else would they be able to keep track of the consignment amounts to be paid out?- it's by contract number). They are dishonest and rude and dismissive. Of the over $10,000 worth of furniture that they take 50% of.... It's not with the headache or the loss of income. Do not do business with this store, and "Chris" you should probably retire if you're so absolutely miserable and rude to the people who are providing you with income. Shame on you.

Since we have two members within our household, that's two bottles a month! I decided to host my own wine tasting at home with those wine and Home Goods in city of Orange definitely made my life much easier by carrying all kinds of beautiful drink ware and home decor for me to entertain my guests. The prices at Home Goods are always great to begin with, and since tax is lower in Orange County than in LA County, I save even MORE money when I shop here. The cashiers here were very efficient and the lady helping me took her time wrapping all my ceramic plates and wine glasses. They also have REALLY cute reusable bags there, which is a HUGE plus for me because I collect all their bags! I can't wait to come back here the next time I am in the area.

Diana at the register went out of her way to help me and even called the Huntington Beach store to check their inventory for me. It took a while, but she was patient, kind, and genuinely willing to help. Her customer service was absolutely five stars. The store itself, though, was pretty crowded and a bit disorganized during my visit, which made shopping more stressful than it needed to be. Overall, I'd give the store four stars because Diana's kindness and effort really made a difference.

Initially we had a consultation at the empty house to discuss the ideas my wife and I had for the each room, show her our favorite colors, what we planned on using each room, and immediately on the spot she came up with great suggestions already! We got a more elaborate design document with the proposed changes that she made, and everything was extremely helpful, from choosing decoration to the furniture quality and colors that would go well. All the process was very smooth and both Sanaz and her whole team were extremely responsive all the time, taking care of our requests with a lot of thought. Given that the house needed some renovations, she recommended a contractor that did the work perfectly (thanks, Ivan!) from Redesign Construction, and for final delivery of all furniture, everything was handled by 27 Diamonds with white glove delivery.
