The outlet ended up not being needed at all because the fan was installed in a completely different location. Even the technician suggested the original assessment was incorrect. When I brought this up, I wasn't asking to be reimbursed for the full amount. I simply requested a small $50 credit as a goodwill gesture. Justin refused. No apology, no accountability, and no effort to make things right after his recommendation caused me to spend money unnecessarily. Anyone can make a mistake. What separates good companies from bad ones is how they handle it. My experience was that once the contract was signed, customer satisfaction was no longer a priority. I won't be using this company again, and I wouldn't recommend them to friends or neighbors.

Then, they removed 80% of the house's drywall, it's about a 3200 square-foot house-in one weekend. That's right, two days. Not even two full days-they were finished by Sunday early afternoon. That wasn't even the most amazing thing-they mopped and vacuumed. By the time we came in, the place was spotless. Cleaner than before they came in. The owner Miguel takes a lot of pride in his work. You can see it in his face when he shows you around afterwards-he is good, and is proud of that! Even our general contractor was floored by Miguel's company's performance. The final thing I will add-we had quotes from three different companies, and Miguel's was the lowest. By FAR the lowest- 1/3 of the highest bid. Even though his bid was the lowest-he promised the most work, even hand polishing the concrete. Promised-and then he delivered. We have two more rooms that need the drywall removed-but those will be later in the renovation. We will only call Miguel for those- no need to seek anybody else. Kids went downstairs after sprinklers had been turned on for a week to find water spraying from sprinkler system soaking the basement. Anatom had good reviews, have an A+ rating with the BBB and offered emergency service so I called and Tiffany answered the after-hours line. She literally had a team out here in an hour on a Sunday afternoon of a holiday weekend!!! Dan came in, carefully reviewed the damage, explained my options and had Mike here withe the truck and equipment - fans and dehumidifiers - set up and running in no time. However, disaster struck again. When my insurance company opened on Tuesday, I discovered that my deductible was 1% of the house value, meaning any repairs would be covered out of my pocket! Dan immediately contacted management. Nate arrived that afternoon, as per my request, they retrieved the equipment. BUT, they didn't stop there and bid me farewell. Knowing that I wouldn't be able to use their services further - they still used their specialized measuring tools and informed me that all but one wall was dry. They provided me with instructions on what needed to be done for that wall, reminded me that they had already sprayed the antifungal spray on the carpet, and assured me that they would be happy to provide further information about the basement reconstruction process if needed. Talking about above and beyond service!!! They made sure my home was in the best shape possible and worked with me on payments. WORST Contractors EVER!!!…read more Do not use this company. If I could give them -10 stars I would. We had a flood in a rental condo from the upstairs unit's bathtub, leaking down into the bedroom closet. We hired Anatom, because they had the most affordable rate (lesson learned!) They demo'd the flooring in the whole unit, including baseboards and the lower portion of the closet wall. I came to check on the work after they were finished. It was the WORST FLOORING JOB I've ever seen in my life. The grout in the kitchen tile was thick in places, thin in places, black in places, and every shade of gray you can think of in all the other places. It was dirty looking with grout smeared all over the tiles. The LVP had GAPS in between planks in the hall closet. The worst part is the baseboards, that are NOT MADE OF WOOD. I don't know what substance they are, but definitely not wood. It feels almost chalky. There are huge dings and dents in the baseboard in the closet, because it's a crumbly material. The trim they used for under the kitchen cupboards above the tile looked like pieces of 6 different random wood leftovers, that they tried to piece together. Part of the trim pieces were made of Balsa wood! The caulk in the bathroom between the floor and the bathtub was a tan color (floors are darkish wood, tub it white), and was bubbled. It looks like a 3rd grader did it. I met the contractors out at the property to point out all the problems. The 2 that showed up did not speak much English, so it was impossible to chat with them about what needed fixed. I pointed to the horrible grout job, and he said "My brother did it". Now why is his brother doing it? Does his brother work there? I couldn't relay that question to them, as it got lost in translation. My husband called them to tell them to come back and fix everything. They did and I went a 2nd time to check. Nope. The grout was better, but now there was a mysterious hard, sticky substance on the LVP in the bedroom, that I could not remove with cleaner or by scrubbing. Baseboards are still the same cheap, weird, non-wood material. Chunks are still missing from the baseboards in the closet. Trim in kitchen is now even more mis-matchy. Transition to the kitchen has a huge seam practically in the middle of the transition, with no attempt at caulking it. My husband called a 2nd time to have them come back. Now it's the 3rd time they're coming out to fix their sloppy job, and our tenant said they never showed. Anatom claims they did. I see nothing repaired. This time I called the 3rd time to have them come back (which would be the 4th repair, but is really the 3rd because they didn't show up prior), and Ehud says he's done coming. He paid his contractors and won't pay them anymore to come fix their mistakes. Ehud claims my husband was happy with the job. Absolutely not. NO ONE would be happy with that job. My husband just wasn't being confrontational. He wanted them to fix it, so he was using the bees with honey method. I truly think this was their very first flooring job they had ever done. It had to be. It was truly the worst job I've ever seen. The materials they used (baseboards, kitchen trim, transition) were just cheap parts, and random extra pieces they pieced together. They certainly weren't legit materials purchased at Home Depot or something like that. You can tell they were just trying to save money. I'll post the pics here if possible. Ehud says the problems were "minor", and only look bad if you blow up the pics. TRUST ME - Stay away! Call a reputable company that knows how to lay floors.

I texted on May 23rd saying I had not heard from the technician. I never did hear from the technician, and no one came on the 25th. No follow-up from the company. On June 3rd I texted them again saying I had not heard from them, but we still wanted to do it. Rescheduled for Monday June 9th. On the preceding Friday they asked if we could move it to Tuesday the 10th. I said fine. On Tuesday morning they told me it would not work for them that day, and that they would knock $100 off the price in consideration of the repeated inconvenience and come on Wednesday, today, the 11th. Today, no show and no call. It is now 27 days after my original contact and this work has still not been done. I'm going to have to find someone else.
