While this is clearly a fusion bakery version, it still captured the comforting, celebratory vibe that ube brings to Filipino tables. The pickup area is on the same side as the drink pickup, which caused a little confusion during a busy time. After a bite or two, I went and asked if this was typically how their galette is cooked. It was confirmed that yes, they do prefer it softer.
