I signed my paperwork to start with their services the same day and they were out to service my home within two days. In the middle of the two day spam, I had a freak experience with a bunch of flies taking over a guest bedroom of mine and not only was the owner responding to my text messages late at night on what I should do to at least decrease the situation, but he arrived first thing at my home the following morning to help. I cannot be more grateful for contacting this company and not going with any of the others. They are hands-down the B E S T and have a long-time customer in me. Lookout Pest Control out of Centre Alabama bought them a year or two ago so I inherited this unprofessional, expensive and ineffective company by default I guess. It started with my rodent service. Our technician was highly reluctant to go in my attic after the initial treatment and I understood due to the heat. He did tell me he could go up there in the heat to put another bait station for an additional fee of course! I'm guessing he gets commission off it! We continue to hear rodents up there but they seem unconcerned about it at all. Then the kicker of kickers, I get an email regarding an inquiry about our termite bond renewal. I never responded thus in my mind implies a no. A month later this guy shows up hops my fence and stays 10 minutes max as my girlfriend was in the home. After he leaves he sends me a text stating everything looks good no moisture or sign of infestation. No formal report whatsoever and I promptly get an invoice for $260 when it usually was $200. No notice of a price increase nothing. I didn't pay the invoice as this really infuriated me. Then I get an inquiry of payment and threat regarding the termite bond being void. I replied that I would pay when I received a report. What do I get? One line at the bottom of the invoice stating "nothing noted"! Is this any way to run a business?! I've owned and run 3 and would be mortified if my people conducted themselves like this! This is an F minus company at best!

It came with a one-year warranty and the option of renewing yearly at a cost that breaks down to about $20 a month. Scheduling was easy. They scheduled my one-week follow up while Michael was still on the job. Both Jonathan and Michael, the technian, were profession and unusually punctual, showing up at exactly when they said they would. That's key to me. Michael was delightful. He spent hours at my house looking for ways these crafty rats were getting into my house and blocking it. His description of the work he was doing sounded like the perfect approach. It's too soon to see if all this worked. But in the meanwhile, I'm telling my neighbors who are also under seige by these rodents that have been displaced by nearby contruction. Can't say enough positive about Mayday, Jonathan and Michael.

I contacted A and A Critters who referred us to their pest division, Matt's, about an insect…read moreproblem. Matt himself responded right away and I was able to quickly get an appointment. We apparently tracked in fleas from outside where many dogs are walked close to our door, because our inside cat of several years suddenly had fleas, never seen before. Despite treating the cat directly with topical and oral meds, we kept finding them, along with what looked like eggs, when using a flea comb. I was horrified and after researching learned we needed to treat the environment. Matt explained the type of products they would use and what to expect, and the tech was great about communicating when on the way about his arrival time . We were still seeing a couple fleas and eggs a few days later and although I know the cycle can take a few weeks to break I was concerned, as some areas had not been treated. I contacted the office and they were responsive and courteous. Matt reached out with some info and they had the tech return to both retreat with another product and treat some new areas. I know that my stress was showing (having to wash every area rug, blanket, throw, pillow, sheet, anything fabric in hot water and dry it on high to kill the eggs and I was doing laundry round the clock) but the office, Matt and the tech remained patient and empathetic and never made me feel like I was a bother. After the second treatment we haven't seen any further evidence of fleas - but if we did, I know the service is guaranteed. Matt's Pest provided prompt, courteous, professional and effective service.
