I'm aware of the policy but life happens. There was just once I couldn't pay same day because something came up but told them I'd pay then that Friday first thing but Maddie had to make sure that my husband and I felt like complete garbage first. This was back in December and fast forward to March when I'm getting my dog fixed the manager called me to make sure I was going to pay that day for my dogs surgery in full and I said ate you serious right now? Yes he will be paid for in full that day, all because I wasn't able to pay ONE time? Then today I missed my dogs appointment, I just lost my mother and my brain isn't quite all there at the moment but that didn't stop Maddie from leaving a snotty voicemail to tell me they are charging 65 dollars to my account. Today was my last encounter ever with that place. I will not take one of my pets there if it were the last vet on earth.

Most recent visit a woman with the same name, Dr. Temm was there (I think it's his daughter). Kind and honest. Told me my cats were getting older and what to look out for. My cat Noodle Threw up in his cage on the way there and they took him in and cleaned him up and cleaned out the cage. Walked through my options with him and helped me make a decision. Good people trying to do right by the animals in my opinion.

The first day the owner greeted us kindly and our dog walked right in! You walk in and feel warmly welcomed by the smiles on everyone's faces. The kennels have there own private area for each dog to go to the bathroom so they aren't being watched by other dogs. There is fencing between each kennel so the dogs get to see each other. This place is on a dead end street so it has a nice and peaceful tone to it. They also do grooming. The owner does it and she is great! This is a small local business that deserves a chance! I have been going to this vet clinic for months. I will never go back there again. If this was…read morethe only vet clinic in the state of Maine, I would drive to New Hamshire. I brought my dog in to have a vaccination shot. I asked if I could also speak to the vet for approximately 5 minutes because I had a question about my dogs' behavior. I was the only one in the place. I was told that no, I was just here for a vaccination and would have to make a separate appointment if I wanted to speak to the vet. When we were back in the room, I again asked if I could have 5 minutes of the vet's time for a basic question about my dog's behavior. Again, I was told that I was here for the vaccination and not an appointment with the vet. I thought that if I had an appointment at the vet clinic, I would not need a separate appointment to speak with the vet. Apparently so. Granted by this time I was pretty disgusted with the whole situation. Made a comment that "it's not rocket science" (which that comment was put in my dog's medical record). Finally, I just told them to give my dog the vaccine. Now, my dog has had multiple vaccines without even so much as a whimper or a flinch. Well today, my dog flinched. He even urinated on the table which he has never done previously when receiving a vaccine. I promptly requested that all my dog's medical records be emailed to me because I would not be returning to this clinic. The email prefaced that they had inactivated my account, and I should find a clinic that can better suit my needs. Hmmmm, my needs were to speak to a vet when I was present at the vet clinic. After relaying this experience to a coworker, she stated that she had gone there ONCE and it was a horrific experience. I was told that their business practice has drastically declined in the recent years. I am witness to that.
