I have had Homeshield service my home for almost a year now. I have been very happy with their technicians and the customer service members. Since my home has been serviced we don't have an any issue, wasp, spider problem. We have a cat and a child in the home and I do not have to worry about them during and after the treatment. It is completely pet and child friendly. No strong odor. I recently received their mosquito treatments. I do have to say, since we had it done 3 months ago. No issues. He was so thorough, but did not add all kinds of things that were not needed (unlike another company that gave me a quote for over double the price of Homeshield). Ronnie & Lori are in the termite department here and they are excellent in their customer service skills. They are super responsive and quick to help. We have termites in our building and the owner doesn't want to tent just yet. These are subterranean termites so it's a lot of work for the terminator. They've had to come out a couple times because termites are sneaky and each time they were super helpful and the people who came out were very nice and gracious. They did not charge us a bunch of times and they never act like we are an inconvenience. I am very grateful and will come back here anytime I have undesirable critters in my area. read more

January 2020, HomeShield did termite work on my home, $4,250. I called them in May 2021 for additional work. May 20, the same sales person showed up. He followed me around and listened as I pointed things. He never looked inside the walk-in attic, but said he'd send a quote. It's July 3, 2021 and still no quote. I was referred to this company by a friend. We had a major ant infestation so we needed help. They offered a referral discount! Customer service was fantastic. The tech was very friendly. Had to give a 4 star rating due to the tech not offering to take off his shoes when walking throughout my house. I asked him to remove or put on booties. He took his shoes off, but when he came back in later, wore his shoes ‍. I was pretty grossed out because I know they walk through rodent feces all day and that was being tracked throughout my house. Would recommend that they carry fresh sets of booties for every infested house the visit. I received a call from Jason after he read my review. He apologized for the tech not wearing booties and informed me that it was company policy for them to wear fresh booties for every job. He offered to discount future services, which I declined. The tech had a great attitude and other than the shoe issue, offered very good customer service. I felt it was a learning opportunity for the young guy and hope it doesn't happen again.
