Instead of refunding my money as requested by me (bc that's what the warranty said) they offered to replace it again. The owner Monica sent her employees with a new washer. The geniuses had the door to the washer open during delivery causing the door to break. In order for the washer to work I have to hold it shut with all of my body weight. I've been waiting for them to replace the door since April! After repeated texts and calls, still no new door. I asked for my money back bc I bought another washer elsewhere, the owner refused and said she would only give a partial payment bc I didn't give her enough time to repair the door! I feel like I gave more than enough time. If I were you, I would just pay the extra money and buy from a real appliance store. They TAKE your money at this store and don't want to follow their own policy. I hope they never make another dollar in that hole in the wall the call a store.
