The ice/water dispenser on our fridge went out and Baine was quick to diagnose the issue. He double checked other issues as well, including voltage to truly get to the root cause. My dryer was not heating and he replaced the heating element and while he was at it replaced the thermal fuse and help clean out my dryer vent pipe. I know in the future that I need to clean out my vent pipe which was not put in correctly when house was built. Gave me some good recommendations for other items I need to service.
