Originally we couldn't get into the house due to the seller setting the wrong time for the appointment, both were understanding and got everything they could on the outside of the home done before while we waited for the sellers agent to come open the door. We got in an hour and 15 min late and it was on memorial day. I felt awful but they were so understanding. Then the home owner came back and was pretty rude and Dylan's responses were so professional and polite, he managed the situation with such grace and calmness. He told the buyers there was water damage in the attic when in actuality it was scratch marks from a squirrel years prior. On top of that there were reports to fix things like the toilet lid (which isn't part of the inspection) and an outlet on the side of the kitchen island. Unless you want someone who knit picks the tiniest things and gives their WRONG opinion (which is illegal for inspectors) then use someone else.
