I got a complete new driveway, front porch and walkway done and could not be happier with the job they did. Everyone who showed up were professionals and did their work quickly and efficiently over a four visit project spanning almost two months. After breaking up and removing the old asphalt, a base layer was put down and then had to settle for 4-6 weeks. In the meantime, we add brick pave edging and had the whole porch done in one long day. FYI, asphalt projects are dicy and depend to a great deal on the weather and tends to throw off the companies schedule. The work tended to drag a bit, but they stayed in touch and when ready, came and did the job to my complete satisfaction. I've worked with lots of companies in the area and Fifth Ave is a top notch firm.

The owner agreed to come by to look at it and was unwilling to hear any of the concerns. He offered to put more sealant on the driveway for an additional fee (over $150) after saying it looked like there was too much sealer on the driveway to begin with. How is this a resolution? They installed our driveway 6 years ago and have been the only company to touch it since. Very disappointed to say the least.

Please do yourself a favor and google "Stewart Raccuglia Georgia" and you will find everything you need. Throughout our experience with him; he would disappear for several weeks, we caught him in several lies, he was verbally abusive, and did extremely poor quality work. We had to get the police involved twice; and eventually had to get lawyers involved and a trespass affidavit. We incurred well over $20k in unforeseen and undisclosed costs with never signing a work change order which is required by the contract. The project was supposed to take 5 weeks and it took 7 months. Stewart didn't follow through with necessary inspections and permits as he said he would (and we paid him $1500 to do). He called me a narcissistic deadbeat who can't pay my bills and he insulted my husband's appearance (my husband suffers from MS). He gave our security code to a stranger without our authority. He unplugged our security cameras several times and didn't plug them back in when we asked him to. And at the end of it all, we have a brand new pool with leaks, drains that were improperly installed, and a liner that needs to be replaced (for $13k at our cost). Please avoid Stewart and his companies Legacy Brick and Stone and Legacy Custom Pools. This experience has been so stressful, upsetting, traumatizing, and expensive. When he sees this; I'm sure he will call me a liar and say this is slander. I will include pictures of everything I have stated, they are facts not lies. His lawyer has threatened me asking that I take this down but I am reposting because I do not respond to threats or intimidation and I want to save others from this horrific experience.

When it was time to pick our flooring, my husband and I went looking for a floor in our given price range. We went to Home Depot and Floor and Decor and picked out flooring that we liked. Alexis kept telling us that she had a place for us to pick out flooring and kept avoiding talking about flooring we like from other companies. Since we were into the project for approximately 8 months already due to COVID, we decided to go with her contact. We wound up picking a floor with their contact, but we're concerned about how thin the flooring was since it was going over tile that was under our original pergo We were told not to worry about it and that they would make sure that everything was done right. About a month after install, the floor started buckling. We callEd All Island to ask Jay, the owner to come take a look at the floor. He said it would cost us $7,000 to redo the floor. We explained that we had reservations about putting this thin floor in, given our circumstances and that Alexis assured us that it would be fine and they'd take care of it. Jay told us flat out that he would replace it for another $7,000. Since then the floor has been separating in many places and even sticking up. We cut our feet on it and my husband had to tape it down. Since we only looked at samples and don't know the company they got this floor from, we have no warranty on it and have to redo the entire floor ( in four rooms of my home) costing us $9,000 more only four years later. The reason we waited these few years was because we knew it was going to cost a lot to redo this floor. Now we are in the process of getting it done right at a big cost. Home Depot professions said they don't even sell less than 8mm thick flooring, but All Island installed 5mm even after our concerns. I have many pictures of this disaster. When Jay visited us, he went around our kitchen kicking the planks to close up multiple gaps. The flooring was a big part of this disaster, but there is way more that happened with the crew that was working on our project. Paint splatter on our brand new windows and screens, holes left in corners of the room, kitchen cabinet handles screwed in crooked, grout started falling out of the backsplash tiles, and I could go on. Wish they would have done right by us.

I hired Hampton Hardscapes to help fix a flooding issue I had on my property, which also included…read moreraising my pool to stop that from flooding, as well. Much like other reviews, the job went on for about 9 months. My property was left in complete shambles and my front yard became storage for the owner's equipment. They had no respect for my property, regularly discarding their lunch garbage on my property as well as debris from the job. There was trash everywhere. In order to raise my property, he chose to save money and use dirt mixed with concrete and rock. As you can imagine, the concrete has completely hardened over the years causing grass to be built essentially on a concrete slab. My property now does not drain water, so the water just sits on the grass causing me countless water issues. I have had to pay to have drains installed throughout my property in hopes of fixing this issue. I will have to eventually dig all this up and replace this the proper way. They chose not to use concrete to build the walls of my pool patio, instead using paver walls filled with sand. The patio around my pool has collapsed in many areas. When it rains you can watch the sand just flow out the sides of the patio walls. I have patched this over the years, but now it is fully collapsing and will need to be fully replaced. The settling also caused the pool pipes to break and those had needed to be replaced. They chose to use cement block to raise the pool instead of pouring cement. They never filled the holes in the cement blocks properly and never smoothed the edges. Immediately upon completing the job, I had to replace the pool liner because the cement blocks caved in causing holes. I now have to replace the pool liner a second time in 4 years and re-do the work around the pool to correct the poor craftsmanship here. Hampton Hardscapes also installed an outdoor kitchen for me. As I have been having to fix that over the years, I had a high quality mason come and he could not believe that the entire structure was built using wood and stucco, vs building out the structure properly. I will also need to replace this in totality due to poor craftsmanship. All in all, it will cost me about $100K to fix all the low quality work done on my property. I trusted Yasser and his company to fix my issues, but was left with more problems than I started with. The best part is, Yasser threatened to sue ME for withholding less than 5% of the final payment as I begged them to finish the job, get his equipment off my property and fix the things which were broken throughout the process. I can back up this entire review with pictures and receipts.
