Buyer beware. Terrible experience. Not professional at all. I had to hound this company to get all the reports sent to me. I spent $873 for: Whole House Inspection Fee, Pest Inspection Fee (There were ants), Structural Engineer Report, and you don't have me in your database? Wow. The incompetence runs deeper than I thought. Time to hire a new DBA. I have the invoice number, in case you're actually confused about it, or can't find it. Here it is. Invoice 8687. I took a screenshot of it on your website in case it magically disappears. Like how my information wasn't in your database. Just magically disappears. I have an email from their company backing my claims that I actually was a customer (regardless of the claims of the company that they can't find me in their records). I can prove all of this. My word is solid and I WILL back up what I say. I will not back down. If they can't find me in their records after I gave them the invoice number, I'd say that's pretty gross incompetence. I'm not spending a second of my time reaching out to them. I spent months of my time saving to buy a house, and to buy the inspection. So they can put in a modicum of effort to make this right. After all of this, I haven't been contacted by the business. No apologies, no monetary compensation for the poor work. Slap in the face. (EDIT) 4-18 After doing some remodeling, I found that the ceiling had old water damage in it. This company is a joke. Wasted nearly $1000. I guess it's partly my fault for choosing a company that has so few reviews. Mike accused me of "slanderous thoughts". I still have the email conversation saved. They were professional, timely, and friendly. I called on Tuesday, and they were able to schedule my inspection for the next day. Online agreements and payment made it very easy for me, and they sent a text reminder. The property is a condo under 1000 sq ft, but there were three inspectors present to ensure they didn't miss anything. When buying a home, an inspection is NOT the place to cut corners! You need a qualified team that has experience in looking at hundreds of homes like the one you are buying and the knowledge to give you honest straight forward advice. As a realtor, I have seen a few buyers get a recommendation from a friend, find someone in the phone book, or the worst: they found a random coupon or got a "freebie" home inspection. Dread!
