Within approximatedly 5 hours, he was able to locate the mold, identify it, photograph it, take test samples, and point us towards the next step in dealing with it. Within approximately 48 hours, Daniel had provided a 23-page report that was comprehensive, yet understandable by lay people such as ourselves. All my interactions with this business, from the time I called Jenni, to my interactions today, were so positive, which is not something I get from all companies I deal with on a regular basis. I felt empowered to make good decisions about what needs to happen next with our home. Samples were sent to the lab. The good news is, he didn't see or smell any mold. It was $295 for the hygrometer and lab testing visit. They also offer free demos but we decided to go directly to the appointment.
