My medical testing indicated mold, but two previous inspections were unable to find it in the house. Enter Daniel! Within approximatedly 5 hours, he was able to locate the mold, identify it, photograph it, take test samples, and point us towards the next step in dealing with it. Within approximately 48 hours, Daniel had provided a 23-page report that was comprehensive, yet understandable by lay people such as ourselves. We were able to quickly send this report to the additional professionals we need to address this problem, including: our insurance company, a professional remediator familiar with mold corrections, an experienced HVAC contact, and a public adjuster -- in case our insurance company balks at paying this claim. We have found Daniel to be prompt, neat, courteous and personable. He is an excellent communicator and quickly responds to our eternal questions. He is also calm, cheerful and patient with freaked out people! When dealing with situations that can affect your physical wellbeing, my advice is to always stick with the professionals. This will save you time and money in the long run, as well as wear and tear on on your mental health. Finishing work was sloppy and not done properly along with the issue of the windows now not opening correctly and not aligned correctly. Was assured no window permitting needed because we were only replacing rotted wood. The job is not completed and we have had to hire another contractor who will correct the mistakes made and do it right. Husband tried to speak with him and explain we had no confidence in him to "fix it" with the kind of workers he is using. He got very angry and walked off and left. He has taken all but $1000 of our agreed upon money only because stucco work was pending. Even though we paid him $300 of the $1300 stucco cost. So now we are out thousands of dollars for a poor outcome on this unexpected Reno work. Make sure when you hire someone that they have legit workers working for them.

Excellence from start to finish…read more I recently contracted with Revolution Roofing, working closely with their representative Andrew Collier. I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. If you are in need of a roof repair or replacement, I strongly encourage you to contact Revolution Roofing. You will not be disappointed.

They're very knowledgeable with new build construction, which was one item I wanted to focus on when looking for expertise. I watched a few of their videos to see what type of items they focused on, and was impressed as it included things I wouldn't have known about / thought to matter. Scheduling and booking was fairly easy, with an online intake form, and email/phone call communication to get some details and schedule the inspection. We were recommended to come out with them and be proactive in the experience. I cannot emphasize how AWESOME that is in terms of both service and experience. This is my third house inspection and this was the first time this was ever offered. Upon the day of the inspection, we met with David, who had came out a bit earlier and had scoped out some minor issues he caught. I was already impressed, as he was telling us some super fine detailed items that I wouldn't have noticed. At the end, he ended up with a 72 page report for a NEW BUILD. Granted, a lot was filled with photos, and most of the items were cosmetic, but that was extremely helpful in making sure the builder didn't leave after cutting corners and finished the job properly. It would have been hell doing the cosmetic walkthrough ourselves so at the end of the day, totally worth the cost. Thank you David and Hero Inspection Services! Having this inspection with David was a life saver, we would have purchased a home that had way too many hidden problems. He was also super friendly and truly cared about doing a great job. David put together a lengthy report with screenshots and easy to call out arrows/boxes to identify the problem. It is a little pricey but I think Hero had better rates than other inspectors in the Orlando area when I shopped around for quotes. We did the standard inspection for $495 and the pool inspection for $75. This was a first inspection and Hero made it very quick and easy. I would highly recommend!!
