I've hired TV Mounting Solutions on multiple occasions. The first job was to mount an 75" Flat Screen above a fire brick fire place. The fire place is covered by an ornate wood casing and Jose went the extra mile to ensure all cables were run in the right spot to ensure no damage to the casing and the install was perfect and professionally executed. I have to also say that I was moving to a new home and my wife was due to have our second baby in 2 days so Jose agreed to unmount this TV from the home I was moving from and bring to the new house to install. I was behind and hadn't given him any notice but was in a really tight spot so he did this at 9pm just to help us out. That's what I call OUTSTANDING service. The second job TV Mounting Solutions did for us was installing a wireless network in a detached warehouse and workshop on the property. This involved specification the router and other equipment, running Cat6 cable from the main house, underground to the warehouse building and installing. The network is blazing fast and works great. During the course of the install Jose did run into one issue with our ISP (Verizon) that he not accoutered with any other provider (Dish, ATT, etc. etc.) which caused a delay of an extra day and a new piece of equipment. I asked Jose if there were implications in terms of cost and his response was that there would be none - that he would be delivering what he promised at the price he quoted. Also outstanding service. In this day and age it's virtually impossible to find good service. Everyone seems to cut corners, provide shoddy workmanship, and gouge prices whenever possible. So it was incredibly refreshing to find Jose. There is a very good reason why his ratings are so high. He takes extreme pride in every job, does exactly what he promises, and his workmanship is excellent. I would post pictures but it's just a television over the fireplace - but watching him and his assistant fight for two hours to fish the cables through the wall after discovering that the builder had crimped the downrunner tube - all with a smile on his face and not a penny extra cost...I was impressed. Waited a month for Best Buy's Magnolia to come install home theater system that we bought with them...zero communication. They were scared to mount 75" TV to brick fireplace but instead of just declining that part they took our money (thousands), and then did NOTHING. I made an appt to get our TV mounted and Jose was able to come the day I asked him to. His truck was actually having problem and needed to be in the shop that day and he still came out to do the TV. He took his time and made sure everything was done correctly. He even to programmed my TV! He is very courteous and his work is done very neatly. Jose mounted 5 TV's including a 70 inch TV in a media room as well as a TV on an exterior brick wall. In addition, we asked Jose to install outdoor in-ceiling speakers as well as 7 in-wall speakers in our media room. Jose sourced the speakers, 2 receivers and did an incredible job not only with installation, but also with calibrating and programming 2 universal remotes creating a seamless process for playing tv, audio, patio, audio, Blu-ray etc. While the quality of his work was exceptional, Jose made himself available during all hours and provided unbelievable customer service. Jose did a great job in discussing my options for the media room we wanted re-configured which involved re-cabling, adding the projector/screen and surround speakers, Frank was outstanding on the day of the install and worked alongside Edwin for around 8 hours to complete the work. Once the media room was completed they also mounted an outdoor TV and outdoor speakers. Frank even stayed to help me wire-up the speakers to my receiver. Jose and his team did a great job installing my 60 in. After, he reviewed my outlet, he realized that he would have to run the wires from the attic. He and his assistant did a great job of hiding the wires and mounting the TV. Once mounted, he realized that my brand new TV's optical feature did not work.
