I've never actually ate inside but do give this place a lot of to go business and everything I've ever ordered was always good. But the past two or three times of getting to go orders there's always something left off forgotten about altogether or prepared wrong and I normally just let it go, but this time we ordered something specifically to get a special with breadsticks And of course ordered extra marinara sauce for the breadsticks well as usual the breadsticks were not with the order when we called to make them aware of this that they could've easily credited to our next order, possibly instead after speaking to the manager, we were basically told we were lying because it was not showing up on his end I will place the receipt that shows the breadsticks with the promotional order $25 or more and get the breadsticks for free plainly on the receipt so overall no not happy with this local place at all and we gave a 35% tip on top of it all read more

Everytime I try to give this place a try, it's always unpleasant. Sometimes when you are a cook, you just wanna order out. I asked to kindly spread the meat within the calzone because it's always just on a portion of it. I received hardly any meat and ordered the so called "house special." I also asked for light onions but I clearly received extra onions. Asked for a garlic sauce, received 2 marinara sauces. Ordered a large calzone and received a small one because the other portion was bread and ricotta cheese; not even half of the large had meat. I have been a huge fan of Hometown Pizza for years. I order from them 2 to 3 times per month. Recently I've noticed a drop in food quality especially when I ordered salads. Not sure if it's management or the employee making the salads. We have received salads with rotten lettuce in the container. Come on people..... anyone can see when the lettuce is not fit to eat. Management please follow up on your salad orders and ensure you are serving fresh greens not rotten food for your customers. Yes.... Wow ! Wanted an exceptional meal tonight ordered chicken Alfredo with a side salad Salad was good but ranch was very very very thin idk really was is dressing hard to make ? I ate the salad with one pack of crackers really ? One pack one pack ? Omgosh one pack I drank the ranch ate the one pack of crackers wow ! We are new to Rockmart and we have a Hometown Pizza sign in our neighborhood. So we decided to give Hometown Pizza a try. We were pleasantly surprised the delivery was quick, the calzone was wonderful and the lasagna was good too. Tomato sauce was not to tart but not sweet either. The ingredients tastes fresh and I liked the fact each container was sealed. So once the food was cooked to order it was package up and sealed. Great Job and thank you! We will order again! I've only had one carryout order so I can't comment on the staff or service. As for the food, we had pizza, which was good but kind of pricey, as we ordered a large pizza (which was actually small to medium), and an order of wings. The pizza tasted good, and the boneless wings were ok, but for a small order of wings and large (but small) pizza we paid $25, so not a very good deal. For pizza in the area I'll have to choose Pizza Hut, because even though Pizza Hut always smells like a wet dirty mop, their pizzas and wings are better and at a much better price. read more

The food here is good. If you eat in the restaurant, the food is served on plastic plates with plastic utensils. The menu is somewhat limited. The food is fresh. The pizzas are good and made to order. The sandwiches are good but not "full". You don't get a lot of food for the price of the entree. The wait staff is young and nice. read more

One of the worst places I have ever been to. Food is entirely way to greasy. Poor service, wait staff was terrible and rude. I wasn't sure what Jerrys role was but if he is a manager, by far the worst I have ever seen. One of the girls mentioned he was an owner. If so, the worst owner of a business I have ever seen. If it wasn't for them being (really) the only delivery company for "pizza and grill" type food they wouldn't make it.
