We my husband and I were out running erands and decided to go for lunch. First off the good news the pizza tasted good. But it was wrong get to that in a min. Waitress took our drink orders a bit of a wait but ok.we already knew what we wanted when we sat down. She dropped them off did not ask if we were ready went to next table yapped with them for 5 min. But ok. Here is when things start going to far she took their drink orders then asked if they were ready to order. Then walked past us twice we had to call her over. When my husband called her out on it she said well they knew what they wanted. We told her so did we. So we ordered our pizza. A large Pepperoni and extra cheese with ham and peppers on just half. Well after an hour the table next to us had got their food eaten got three refils on their tea we stopped her and asked whereour food was. She said on the way came back 5 min later . Pizza cool but ok temp wise. She ordered us an extra lg pizza with pepparoni extra cheese ham and peppers . Instead of half ham and pepper when we brought it to her attention she said we did not say half. We kept it even though I "hate" peppers cause I was very hungry and he is diabetic with his sugar dropping. And in all this time she had not offered to fill our drinks. We finished our meal had to stop another waitress and ask for a box and bill finally got those paid and left no tip for her not somthing I do but tip is pay for service you don't give any you don't get any.The service given by Kaydance was some of the worst I have ever had. But we have been here several times and this has never had this problem. So don't judge on this trip alone. read more

I really hated to write this review, but customer service is a winner at all times. So here you go, I walked in with 6 of my relatives, the waitress tells us to sit anywhere, she doesn't even welcome us, we find a table get all tucked in, the server takes our orders, then the manager comes out ask us why are you all sitting here???? We look at him like who are you talking to, and why the nasty tone, he proceeds to tell us that the table was reserved for some other family, NO sign was on table so are we supposed to be mind readers???? His whole attitude was horrible to be a business in a small town with no other options but greasy fast food. Again the whole situation didn't sit well with me, my family of 6 moves to another table (senior citizens). My family are very kind and humble people so they didn't make a big deal of it. Inside I was upset but kept my calm for many reasons, one being my family was ready to eat. I will not return ever again, keep serving your regulars. Everyone did enjoy the food, which was fresh and tasty on a more positive note. This doesn't excuse the rudeness. read more

My husband and I tried this place for the first time tonight. NOT impressed at all. We didn't wait long to be seated. And our drink orders and food orders were taken quickly. The salad with my meal came out quick. Then we waited for over 30 minutes for our food. They told my husband they had to "go get more". He ordered shrimp scampi, so I assume they meant shrimp. Finally our food came out. I ordered lasagna. Nothing spectacular about it. The shrimp scampi my husband ordered was nothing but grilled shrimp on a tray. No pasta. The waiter didn't crack a smile once. She only came to our table when delivering food and drinks. Never came to just check on us. Also while we waited to be seated, one of their regular customers came in and just assumed he would be seated before all the others waiting. I guess this is good if you're a local and used to it. Ordered take out during COVID while visiting a friend who lives in Cedartown. They have a pretty large menu and all the options were reasonably priced. I wasn't the person who called in the order, my friend did, but he placed the order with minimal waiting and quickly. I had a hard time choosing what to get but decided on creating my own pizza. My pizza had extra cheese and jalapeños (strange combo, I know but SOOOO good). This pizza was phenomenal. I didn't really have an expectation but I was crazy impressed. I also had a Greek salad and I enjoyed that too. The salad had large chunks of feta so I was ALL about it. I would highly recommend ordering if you're ever in the area! read more

Zorba's is a solid OK. This was our first visit to Zorba's. They have a fairly extensive menu with good choices. The wait staff was fast, friendly, and efficient. I know it is not a seafood restaurant but couldn't resist trying the stuffed grouper with shrimp on the side. We started the meal with the fried green tomato appetizer. Not one of my favorites but I went with the crowd. As fried green tomatoes go, I guess they were done perfectly. They were crispy without being overcooked and the ranch dressing they were served with was a nice addition. The main course came with a salad. Nothing fancy...some iceberg lettuce, red onions, shredded carrots and a slice of cucumber. Everything was crisp and fresh and the Italian dressing I chose was very tangy and good. The fish was light and flaky and tasty but from previous experience eating grouper, I am not sure that is what it actually was. The "crab" stuffing was long on stuffing and short on crab. The only evidence that there was any crab at all was a small piece of shell I got in one bite. The shrimp were excellent. The presentation of the dish was very appealing and was garnished with a sprig of parsley, a slice of orange, and a wedge of lemon. One thing I found interesting...as an advertised Italian restaurant I don't recall seeing anyone eating any of the many Italian dishes on the menu. Most diners seemed to be eating a lot of beef, either in steak dishes or burgers. All of the steak dishes I saw looked very appealing. Whatever dish you select should fill you up as the portions are very generous. There doesn't seem to be a large selection of vegetable side dishes. You get a choice of broccoli, baked potato, sweet potato, fries, and I saw some people with onion rings that look very good. I went for the baked potato and it was a huge potato served very hot with a choice of butter or sour cream. After the main course was complete I thought I would give desert a try and went for the apple pie with a scoop of ice cream. The pie was nothing special at all with gummy crust and filling fresh out of a can or jar. There are so many wonderful local bakeries in the area I would encourage Zorba's to stock up on some of their treats and let diners know where they came from as good advertisement for all involved. It might sound like I hated the place, but I didn't and certainly plan on returning to try other dishes. I guess for a small town isolated from major metropolitan areas this is actually top-shelf dining. All in all, the food is good, the service is fast and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. It was packed with people when we left and more people were arriving. I guess a full parking lot and tables full of happy dinners is a good recommendation for giving the place a try. read more

I had been working all day and was starving for a good meal. The hotel desk person told me that Zorba's had good food. I love Italian, so win-win for me. Little did I know what I was in for... It exceeded my expectations of just "good" food. I order potato skins for an appetizer, they were huge and homemade. The best potato skins I have ever had. For dinner it was chicken parm, salad, and garlic bread. The salad was a typical salad, it did have fresh delicious cucumbers. The chicken parm was very good. I had never had a baked chicken parm, but was pleasantly delighted. Garlic bread was delicious, really buttery. Since it was later in the evening the owner came out and checked on us, which was very nice. I wanted to give a special thanks to our server Kierra, I hope that is how you spell it. She went above and beyond a regular server duties to make sure that we were satisfied. The wait staff beyond that were incredible, very friendly and great environment. The most Italian "Greek" restaurant IN THE WORLD! For a jam-packed place on a Tuesday night, the food is mealy so-so. I mean, the food is not bad. You will definitely get plenty of cheese on whatever you order and the "garlic bread with cheese" was nothing but 2 sandwich rolls with seasoned butter and cheese (Don't get me wrong, great eating if you're at home cooking for yourself, but I expect a little bit more when I pay someone to cook for me).
