The care workers were all compassionate, kind and competent especially Princess and Noreen. It can take a few care workers to find the right fit for your loved one but Firstlight is patient and persistent in helping you find the right one. Amanda Senior Care provided our mom with consistently reliable, kind, and very professional in home care providers. This was during the pandemic ; their safety protocols with their staff and management of moms care was excellent. Our mom has high standards for who she allows to be part of her care team in her home. The two care givers Amanda's provided her with were "5 star", kind, patient and very attentive. (There was never a NO Show day or cancellation by one of the care givers, which we have experienced from other care services.). The care aides assisted with morning dressing, bathing, meal prep, PT exercises and really anything else to get mom's day off to a cheerful and positive start. I would say the admin. of the business exceeded our expectations , the in-home care aides they provided for mom were exemplary and we intend to continue to use their services .

Dr. Benedetto spent close to 45 minutes on the phone listening and his willingness to help was something I never experienced before. He had me in with in 24 hours and would have seen me that very moment but I was unable to leave work. The next day I was in and that is when I met Dr. Kenji Oyasu. Let me be very clear, Kenji is one of a kind and treats me like family. He went far beyond the call of duty (as dose the whole Brightside team) to make sure I got healthy and stayed healthy. I was scared to switch from a 120mg a day methadone dose to Suboxone. And it was not easy and I had to be methadone free for approximately 6 full days (and no opioids period! Don't think a short acting opioid is going to speed up the process). Kenji was with me every step of the way during the induction process. I believe I was his very first methadone conversation and It worked!! Been off methadone since June of 2015 and my life keeps getting better every day. I want to give a shout out to Phil A. You rock buddy! And the staff that treats you like family right when you walk through the front door. Also I just switched from Dr. Kenji Oyasu to Dr. Robert Burton (a psychiatrist) not only for his expertise in treating opiate addiction but to move forward and form a overall treatment program to treat some other issues I have. I just had my first visit with Dr. Burton this week and I personally want to thank you for helping me get on track with a treatment plan and the willingness to keep me healthy! I am also looking forward to getting to know Dr. Diane Copeland in the soon to come therapy program. I came in as a Methadone conversation and wanted to get off because the methadone was running my life. It's ok to be scared but you need to also be brave and fight! Right At Home was entirely unlike this. A Josh Steiner came to our house to evaluate our home and get an overall idea on what services we required and which employees would best fit. Following this a gentleman named Zach Steiner came by with an employee to introduce and get started with us. As far as communication about employees and poss schedule change i have mostly dealt with Stephanie in the office who has always had a pleasant attitude and speaks very professionally on matters at hand. Some employees we have had for a weekly schedule but when needed they sent a fill in that was polite and able to meet our needs fittingly. All the employees helped us in all ways even when we have to leave the site for shopping or go on an appointment. The Dr Carivelli as advertised on radio commercials did not look at Xrays or MRI. She said she could help me. I had spin L4 and L5 problem. The MRI showed a spinal nerve being crushed between L4 and L5. I had back spinal fusion surgery at L4 and L5. This surgery requires a year or more to recover. Do not give your money to QC Kinetixs. This procedure is not covered by insurance, so you have to take out a loan to pay for the plan.
