Terrible customer service and they seriously don't care. If you're not a contractor good luck! I'd rather pay more than deal with them.

I probably would have broken something like a finger or my wrist. We came in early to purchase some items for the Laguna Lathe that I thought I needed and in doing so we met Nancy who very graciously took us in and started early. We were the only members in attendance so it felt like a private lesson session. Nancy went over all the safety items and explained what each part of the lathe is called and what it does. Nancy talked to us as a peer and not as a lowly beginner, which was very helpful and really made the session enjoyable. I was very nervous at first but Nancy gave us encouragement and pointed out what we were doing correctly and gently explained what could be improved. We wound up making mallets instead off the ball that was pictured in the class description. That was a welcome surprise. Overall we learned a great deal and now have the confidence to continue making turned objects. My next project will be something not sure yet. But I know it will 'TURN" out great thanks to Nancy's help and training.

We inquired with CaliGreen landscaping through Yelp and John immediately responded back within 30 minutes to have our first initial conversation over the phone and then to set up an in person the next day. He was extremely professional in person and understood what direction we wanted to take along detailing what services he could provide for what we're looking to do. We met November 2024 and unfortunately could not pull off the project immediately and had to postpone for 12 months and not once was John bothering us after about the project. Fast forward to a year later, we now had the opportunity to start the project and within 18 working days, excavation, concrete, pouring, and final landscaping was all finished and wrapped up for our backyard, courtyard, and front yard project without any hiccups. His excavation team which included himself working every day, his concrete team/landscaping crew ex extremely efficient and professional, each and every day. Can't tell you how impressed we were without efficient each timeline that was hit and laid out from the beginning of our starting. John also stayed in communication with us every step of the way, and there was not a question that could not be answered. If you are looking for a landscaping company that not only has the project manager oversee everything, but is involved in the day today, Caligreen is a very highly recommended option for anyone looking to do a project. Thank you John for the efficiency and turning our design into reality.

My fiancé, in his infinite wisdom, put me in charge of getting the equipment while he was at work. The problem?? Well, I had no idea what I was looking for (cue dramatic sigh). Thankfully, this place made me feel like a pro--even though I was very much not. The person I spoke to on the phone was super patient and very helpful. I didn't know the name of the thing I needed (it's a grinder...I think?!?) They walked me through what I needed, step by step without making me feel like a total newbie. When I got there, they went above and beyond--explaining other rental options that might work better for our project and making sure we had exactly what we needed. Honestly, it felt like they cared more about helping us get the right tool than just handing over whatever and calling it a day. They even loaded the piece of equipment into my truck bed for me and helped strap it down. Even though this location is nearly an hour away from us, it was totally worth it. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful; such rare qualities these days! They turned what could've been a stressful "what am I doing?" kind of task into something smooth and dare I say...somewhat enjoyable? If you're looking for equipment rentals and want a team that'll treat you like a VIP (even if you don't know what you're talking about, like me), I highly recommend this place. They'll make you feel like you've got this; even if you totally don't!
