My boat has been in shop at West Coast for months…read more I purchased a sacrificial anode and bolts online from Yamaha and it needed to be installed before I put boat in water. The bolts were too short. Ian helped me find them and they were a bit thick when I tried to use them. Returned and I may have forgotten to mention they were Japanese. Ian got me the metric bolt with the proper length and they worked great. Ian was friendly and so helpful. The bolts were very inexpensive but the customer service was great, these were critical for my boat. Thank u Ian.

After hearing what happened, he took ownership of the situation and ensured that it was a smooth transaction. They simply did not want to take the return because it was a different location. That is unprofessional and not how business should be done.

Took 2 classes here so far and wanted to compliment Mike on his bowl turning class which I should have sent sooner. Mike is a low key instructor reinforcing good habits while gently nudging you into improving your technique. I personally respond better to this method and I gained a lot of useful knowledge and positive reinforcement which is helping me to learn faster and try different techniques. Safety is always the main concern and he does a great job making sure you understand how to be as safe as possible.
