I was relieved to hear that they had two EV Service Techs on site. Turned out that my battery failed the load test and had a bad cell. Luckily, the 12 volt battery was still under warranty so it was replaced. I also appreciated Justin, who was approachable & answered my questions regarding service authorization. Victoria, the cashier, was professional and explained my bill to me. Big thanks to Ace who made everything run smoothly. GG Nissan valued my time, so I felt the team went above & beyond to ensure that I was a satisfied customer unlike the other location. Moving forward, I look forward to giving them my business.

Bring your car to another Nissan dealership. This service center charges me for services and "found…read morenothing wrong" when I brought it in for a system error. They told me they ran diagnostics and just needed to jump my car. Less than 24hrs later the same issue happened again. I brought it to another mechanic and they were able to find the issue in less than 30 minutes and clearly articulate the issue to me. AGAIN, DO NOT BEING YOUR VEHICLE TO FET SERVICED BY THIS NISSAN DEALERSHIP. The service was less than courteous, I'm not expecting to make a new friend but they could at least act like they cared.

This was a very upsetting and confusing experience. Anthony (the sales man) and his manager Randy said they would take care of this. It was not. 1st attempt to fix - the care was unable to be repaired. We were convinced to bring the car back the next week. 2nd attempt- took the far back to Simpson no one knew what was going on. There still was no loaner available. Finally after much confusion and lots of involvement we were able to leave the car and get a loaner. The manager Randy said he would make sure we had a full tank of gas when we picked up our vehicle because of all the mistakes. 3rd attempt- went to pick up the car NO ONE looked at. Car was dimpled and you could see the dent still. Spoke to Randy and Anthony again. I must have made them uncomfortable since they began joking with each other about reporting the continued issue. I was transferred to a new service writer. Who called my husband after I left to let him know what was wrong with the car!? 4th time- needles to say the car was not fixed! The service writer even had the nerve to say he did not know it was the front left fender that was damaged !!! So again we are missing work wasting time. 5th time finally the car was fixed waiting outside in the parking lot. Key ready to go, no gas and no one cared to see if we were happy. They were done. So disappointed- we will not be returning to Simpson.

It's a shame that there are some old complaints in these reviews because this shop has been a pillar of the community. Opened around the time I was born actually, so to claim that they are "out to get people" is disingenuous, it is clear that being open for 3 decades and counting means they are in it for the long haul - their reputation is all they have. I paid for the tire package, extended warranty package for all electrical issues plus motor that was never filed a prepaid maintenance program that only got entered when I went in for a tire repair/replacement due to a flat tire. I only found out I had paid for services that wasn't delivered 4 and a half months later when I called corporate and they told me my vehicle service agreement hadn't been filed they had no clue of what I was talking about so I paid for something that I did not receive. Beach City Toyota took $4,000 and never did anything with it so basically they stole from me. They said why didn't you read the contract. When you sign for a car they basically sit you at a table they tell you what you're signing for and give you the square to sign saying this is what we agreed on right and then they give you a flash drive well when you get home you open the flash drive and what you agreed upon is totally different from what was said at the time assigning. Now supposedly the gentleman/ scammer that did my paperwork no longer works there and I'm being gaslighted by the person who took his place. All I want is what I paid for what I was told I was paying for tire package, the Platinum vehicle service agreement and and my prepaid maintenance program by (NOEL). I believe I was taking advantage of because I was a single woman there with my daughter who witnessed this full conversation and signing of contract. I hope that people will read this before doing business with Beach City Toyota get the paperwork and read the contract that they are actually wanting you to sign for before signing at the table because what they say and what they put on paper are/is two different things. I will continue to have issues with Beach City Toyota until 1 they fulfill the contract that was told but not put in writing to me or give me my money/ full refund back so I could do it elsewhere. I will let you know how it goes.Better business bureau, DMV, and any where else I can complain will know how they did me and many others I've read on here on Google and on yelp.
