I purchased a 2020 Audi S7 from this dealership. Before the purchase, I was told that the vehicle…read morewas in excellent condition, had never been in an accident, and had no issues. After the purchase, I discovered serious problems that were never disclosed to me. The first issue was that the side window was improperly installed and misaligned. In the photos taken at the time the car was being sold, it is clearly visible that this problem already existed at the time of sale. The second issue appeared about a month later when I discovered a large amount of water under the vehicle (approximately 20 gallons). This problem could not be noticed immediately because the water was trapped underneath the vehicle's lower structure. This strongly suggests that the water issue existed before the vehicle was sold. I informed the dealer about these problems, but they refused to address any of the issues and ignored all of my messages. I also want to point out a very serious issue regarding the license plates. I fully paid for the vehicle including registration and license plates, but when the plates arrived at the dealership, they did not give them to me for three months and provided no explanation. When I came to the dealership in person, I was told that I had to pay an additional $350, even though this amount was never mentioned in the contract. When I refused to pay money outside the agreement, I was told directly that I would not receive my license plates. I tried to resolve the situation peacefully, but the dealer behaved in a dismissive and unprofessional manner and completely refused to resolve any of the issues. Because of ignoring the customer, hidden vehicle issues, and attempting to demand additional money outside the contract, I strongly do not recommend using the services of this dealership.

Financing was quick and easy and Kandis was surprisingly knowledgable about the car she was selling me. I didn't get "scummy sales people" vibes at all from the staff, they gave me space to check out cars and let me ask questions rather than try to push a sale on me. The only complaints I have is them putting gap insurance on my bill, but they did explain to me all the charges on my bill "We didn't go over this, but we added gap insurance and can remove it if you'd like". While this can be a good idea to purchase, it wasn't in my case. Cars which depreciate in value rapidly, you'll probably want to buy this. Usually it's customary to put a full tank of gas in a car, the gas light was on within 30 minutes of my drive home. That's the only things keeping me from giving this place 5 stars.

They went out of their way to help me fix my vehicle including doing some things that they did not even charge for. I've owned several Mercedes and about five BMWs over the years, I found their mechanics are more knowledgeable than the BMW and Mercedes mechanics I've had in the past and will fix your car for probably half the price. If you go to their lot you will see many very high-end fancy cars, it's obvious they take pride in their business. Because of how they treated me with my older BMW, now I'm going to refer more business to them and by my next car through them. Give these guys a chance at your business , you won't be disappointed.

Well that's not what happened, I was aware of my credit, and he knew I was trading in my 2020 chevy Equinox excellent condition, some how there is a Peter (senior) So I don't really know what happened,. Like all car ((sells man)) and or women someone always takes over,right? And starts the process so naturally I just go with it and I give him all my info Thinking everything will be fine right ,. NOPE! Come to find out my credit is so horrible that we start working a a co signer and that turned out to not work, he said that it would just make the bank happy to know i have back up, then it went from that to a down payment, what could I put down today,, he took me out to see couple of cars not trucks like on my application, the one truck would be 800.00/month. Oh and he would not even look at my trade of my 202 chevy Equinox like on the application as well... so we went back and forth about conversation stuff, And in the end I left without a truck. 2017 truck for 17 000 . So ya that was a wild trip from 11:00am to 2:30pm And yes im aware of my situation, but wow some car dealerships just glamorize the buying process, with end of the day empty feelings or pushy talking... Sorry I know all car dealerships are touch and go. But at least don't advertise that you can do practically the impossible and in the end the costumer feels left holding the bag . Instead of helping them out with a huge amount of problem that could be fixed, and yes it's up to the Bank, but it all starts with the application process,. I bought a car August 1st, 2018 from AJ and Eli over at Northwest Autoloan. Great all around…read moreexperience at first, they financed me had me in a car that they said had just been serviced and even had the oil changed for me that day across the street. (Pretty cool, right!?) That was the end of the good, once the car left the lot all professionalism or even common courtesy left with it. To make a long story short(and so it will fit into this review) here we go: On August 7th 6 days after buying the car I was driving down the highway and the car seems a little funny so I was going to pull off at the next exit. As I get off the whole car turns off and I luckily coast into a parking lot. I do a quick check under the hood and determine that I will not be able to drive it home. I have it towed home around 3 in the morning. The next morning August 8th I call AJ, the owner and he tells me he will call back around 1230. (This is the last he answered or took my calls) No call or call back. I would receive scattered texts and promises to call but no real solution or faith that one would be reached. I had the car towed to the local Goodyear and they said it is hydro locked and needs a new engine (this can't happen in the six days I have driven the car). I checked the oil and all fluids daily(again only had the car 6 days) because it was a used 2003. I also placed cardboard under it when parked at home to see if there where any leaks. There was some leaks, but nothing that indicated a catastrophic loss like this! And now today August 16, 2018 over a week since the car broke down and only 2 weeks after I bought the car he finally decides to call me(only after changing my review on Facebook and calling everyday for over a week). He tells me that he calls me on "his time and his schedule". No sense of urgency or care. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!
