Is the only one that could show of the plumbers I talk to proof he was licensed certified and insured. Which is important because I live in a condo which requires documentation of contractors. I have used Honest Plumbing for a while now and they are excellent. During this Stay at Home order due to Covid19, I was in need of a plumber so I called Honest Plumbing, received no answer or reply from my voice message. They just called me and advised me that they were also part of the lock down but they are back in service and they are here to serve .... I AM SOOOOO HAPPY. They have always called to confirm and also called when they were in route to my place. Great service and very professional. read more

I had a clogged up sink and Aaron came out to fix it. He was courteous and respectful and told me in advance what it would cost to snake it out. He actually had to do some grunt work cause it was clogged really bad. He taught me some things to do to keep the drain clear. I'm so happy i can use that sink again. read more

I called them to make an estimate on a plumbing job at a dog daycare. I made an appointment. Nobody called to confirm the appointment so on the day of the appointment I had to call to confirm. The one plumber came in on time, but seemed like he couldn't understand what I needed done. He took some measurements by memory and some pics. He said he would call within a few days, he didn't. A week later I called for the estimate and was told he was away for the weekend and that they would call me on Monday. Monday came and I ended up calling, no answer. They called back and I missed the call so they texted me saying he couldn't do the job because they didn't have enough man power. Waist of time. Go somewhere else. read more

They came in and installed a new garbage disposal for me. Very reasonably priced. 2 months later the disposal blocked up and stopped working. They came out and fixed at no cost to me. Very impressed with the customer service and it's nice for a company to live up to its name. I highly recommend. read more

Beware of this contractor. Aaron scheduled a project to work on our bath remodel. Due to issues with other contractors and timelines, we had to reschedule until we had all materials on-site. With more than 2 months advanced notice and on the day of the scheduled work, which was confirmed the week and day prior, Mr. Aaron decided to not show up. He never called and then sent us an email stating he didn't have the manpower to do the job even after confirming twice. Earlier this week, all the tile, tub, and hardware was removed taking the shower room to the studs and shower pan liner. By the time we find a new contractor, redo pulling permits, and try to fit into our busy work schedule, it will be another few months before we can get to it. There is nothing honest about this company. They have no integrity and they are not professionals. All they had to was tell us a few days prior and just maybe, we could've found a suitable replacement. read more

BUYER BEWARE! Honest Plumbing is ANYTHING but honest. Less than one year ago, plumbing was repaired, it is now a problem. Darrel came back to service and quoted a price of $130.00. They then increased it $5.00 for credit card use, never putting me on notice, and not honoring the warranty. HONEST PLUMBING is anything BUT HONEST. Go elsewhere for a real honest plumber! read more

I never met Aaron. In a bar I asked the bartender if he knew any customers who were plumbers. He told me Aaron's did the plumbing work for them. Set the appointment and Zach came out, took care of the problem, discussed water heater which I needed to get replaced. Happily satisfied. Sometime later washer was backing up and called again and got a confirmation from Ted's Plumbing. Called Honest Plumbing and they said they had expanded and they were part of the company. Too bad. Called on day of appointment and asked what happened to the plumber as first appointment of the day and not there. Was told "he was on the way". As I was getting in car to go to work after waiting 40 minutes, he showed up. Plumber got his camera snake out, set it up, but batteries were dead; got out regular snake but couldn't get the pipe cover off; back inside he said his moisture meter detected a lot of moisture behind the wall but he would have to remove some drywall - no leak. Asked why the moisture meter read so much moisture but didn't get a reply. Then he said maybe it was a leaking shower pan, but then we went back outside and now it was the trees 6' from the pipe that were the problem. Told me "I had a big mess" and would let Ted know so he could devise a plan of action. Also told me he would let Aaron know. $175 and a week later no call from Ted, no call from Aaron. Called and asked when someone would call me back like the plumber said they would and was assured I would get a call back. Still no call (they probably couldn't figure out what the problem was either because the plumber said it was so many different things). Apparently the expansion of the business has deteriorated the company's knowledge base and level of service (if you read other people's reviews of Ted's Plumbing it will say enough). Please do NOT waste your money and time or you will get many supposed different reasons for your problem (all different), a promised call back, and nothing else. You will be out your money and still have the same problem as before calling them. read more

We have used Arron Tabor for a couple of plumbing jobs. He is responsive and completely understands what a homeowner needs. He'll find the best solution and get the work done with minimal time and expense. His work is properly done and warranted for a year. We finally got rid of our old outdated tub/shower controls with newer (single knob) Moen control w/o all the mess of tearing out drywall/plaster, very nice! He scoped our drain lines and showed us what those looked like from the inside out. These guys saved us thousands of $'s when we replaced our 70 year old rotting cast iron sewer lines and we avoided completely tearing up our new driveway and flower beds. read more

This company was referred by a Home Inspector. They ripped me off. I called and scheduled an appointment and they did not show OR call. RED FLAG. Scheduled the second call and they came. I had 2 issues. Leak under my washer machine and flooding under my sink and dishwasher. The guy snaked my drain to the washer and charged me $350. The second issue he looked at, said it would cost $750 and he would send me a quote via email. Then start the job 2 days later. He never came and they then would not answer my calls or texts. Stay away from HONEST PLUMBING! Not HONEST at all! read more

I live in a 58-year-old condo building with its original plumbing. I developed a leaky shower faucet and contacted another plumber to give me a quote. They wanted to tear out the wall and replace the pipes, saying that was the only way to stop the drip, drip, drip. Their estimate was approximately $1500! I saw an ad for Honest Plumbing in a local periodical and contacted them for a second opinion/quote. I made an appointment for the following day. Darrel called me the day of my appointment to see if he could come by earlier. I thought he was just going to give me a quote/estimate but asked if I wanted him to do the repair that very day. That was fine by me as I wanted this leak fixed ASAP. He removed the three handles controlling the water, sized up the necessary replacement parts, went to the supply store, returned an hour later and replaced the valves. The whole job took about 2.5 hours (including his trip to the supply store) and cost $300. My only criticism is that the plumber didn't clean up after himself, leaving dirty/damp rags (which I supplied) on the floor and not cleaning up the dirt and rusty bits that gathered from his scraping the valve holes in the wall that had fallen into the tub. But, overall, I think this company lives up to its name - Honest Plumbing - and would heartily recommend them. read more
