From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. The salesperson was giving us heavy, lingering stares that made us extremely uncomfortable. At one point, my partner even greeted her politely since she was standing directly in front of him staring (while he was playing with our baby) she didn't respond at all, just kept staring silently. It felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. Things got worse when I was looking at a rack of clothes and the same salesperson started backing into me under the pretense of "putting something away." The whole situation was just bizarre and gave this passive aggressive energy that made it clear we were not wanted in the store. Needless to say, we left immediately and chose not to support a business that treats potential customers this way. My family and I won't be returning here, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a warm or welcoming shopping experience.

But then she said "wait, I do have one..." and it was perfect. It was $40 but of the quality I'd find in a Bridal shop, which is exactly what we wanted. (Buying a birthday gift for a 4 year old and wanted it to be something special instead of one more crappy game or toy). We also ended up buying some absolutely adorable Jessica Simpson 'cowgirl' boots I'd never seen anywhere else, and a less spendy tiara for my little one. Nice experience all around. Walked in, browsed for a bit, and wanted to purchase 2 items for my nephew and niece. Sales associate was on the phone the entire time having a great conversation, which was fine. She put down the phone, rung us up. We paid for the items and left the store. Immediately when we exited the store, my wife felt that she was over charged since the items were on sale. She checked the receipt and she was correct. It happens. We marched right back in to the store and let the same associate know. This is where things went downhill. She didn't say a word to us while she was fixing the error. It wasn't necessarily her fault. But, she was not happy that she had to credit us back. Frankly, she was downright rude about it because she really didn't want to be bothered to fix this error. She finally spoke to us to let us know we were getting a credit back. We asked about another gift receipt and it was a real big ask for her. Needless to say, this store lost a customer.
