    Strawberry cupcake & blueberry lemonade

I love a good tart lemonade & their blueberry lemonade is perfection! Cupcakes are dense with lots of icing Another great thing is friendly staff as well as the shop is nice and clean with lots of room!

I got the eyes wide open coffee ice cream and it was some of the best I've had. My wife got a strawberry cupcake. There is a lot of variety here (coffee, ice cream and bakery items) plus lots of seating. The staff here is super friendly too!

This wasn't my initial destination, but I was swayed upon walking by. The interior yielded a delectable display and an energetic husband and wife couple who seemed awfully enthusiastic about what they make. They offer a discount for everyone from locals to doctors (which I didn't bother to ask for). I ordered a Boston Cream cupcake, somewhat hesitant simply because I would not want the people of Boston to think that anyone outside of Boston likes them, but it was a soft, moist, and indulgent creation that barely lasted a minute in front of me. Their beverage options included a matcha latte flavored lightly with melon, a mouthwatering combination that lasted me for a while. They had a large gluten-free cupcake spread, not so much options for the vegans as far as I could tell. But other than suggesting that people trying to avoid dairy and eggs should look in Asheville (plenty of options there), what else could I say against this place?

My wife couldn't resist ordering a cupcake to go after we walked in and saw how beautifully decorated they were. They also had coffees, and some very cute children's books. Friendly staff and unique cupcake boxes to keep your cupcakes beautiful during transit. Stop in and enjoy!

The place is so cute decor is on point. The chai latte, hot chocolate, cortado and donuts are delicious. They carry all kinds of milks no additional charge. We got back in line to take some fresh donuts to go.

Excellent cupcakes- among our group we managed to try.the honey blossom, mucky Tuck, honey coconut, and a pumpkin spice. Also the honey sweet tea comes highly recommended by my wife.

I bought half a dozen cupcakes for my husbands 33rd birthday. Since we're from out of town (Maryland) and only here for vacation I wasn't familiar with bakeries around town. A simple Instagram & Google search led me to Honey Bear's Cupcakery and I have to say: They did not disappoint! I send an email to the Owner asking for details. Communication went smooth and she responded super quick! I was impressed! :) The cupcakes were delicious!!!! They weren't extremely sweet which is a plus and they were also super fluffy and not dense at all! We loved every flavor we had ... (Pumpkin Spice, Red Velvet, Blueberry, Chocolate, Vanilla) I totally recommend getting your cupcakes from Honey Bear's Cupcakery!

I got the coconut refresher, not too sweet and still had caffeine. They have topo Chico, my favorite sparkling water, so they got bonus points for that. They have a pastry window(?) that had a decadent looking, huge, slice of blueberry coffee cake and a cheesecake I would have tried if I was in the mood for sweets. I saw a couple enjoying it and letting the staff know the coffee was delicious. The tables are spacious, there were only around 6 people when I went and the atmosphere made it easy to ignore the other people and write this. But other "strangers" began conversations so it is still inviting. The music is acoustical versions of modern songs. I saw a staff cleaning the counters around the place while I ate so they definitely keep it clean. The gentleman who took my order was friendly and not overbearing. Overall perfect place to sit and read on my break from a gloomy day. Only note would be that I wanted my food for here and they made it to go.

I actually went on two different days, one to get breakfast and coffee and another day just for coffee. Both days the place was slammed, but everyone working was still so pleasant and kind. I can imagine you may need to walk a bit depending on how busy the downtown area is, but that would be true for any business in the area. The ordering counter is right in front as you walk in with all seating on the left. Once you place your order they assign you to a table and will bring out your food when ready. We did not realize we entered 15 minutes before they closed. We were originally going to eat there but when we said we would change our order to to-go, they said it was not necessary and we could eat there. They did take down the outside signs soon after we sat down, but we were not the last person entering to place an order. There were also a few others eating inside, so they were more than accommodating to their customers. The Cuban sandwich and NY-style hot dog came out in about five minutes. The Cuban was a bit on the small side but did have a nice amount of ham. The large amount of pickles drowned out the majority of other flavors but the overall the sandwich was good. The NY-style hot dog was a major disappointment. The hot dog itself seemed to have been sitting in the warmer for quite a while as it looked dehydrated and wrinkly. It was chewy with an almost crispy casing. The hot dog did fit the bun but was overwhelmed by the sauerkraut and mustard. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not live up to the friendliness and accommodation of the staff.
