This is what we got: - Grape leaves: Delicious stuffed grape leave paired with heart of palm and blood orange. Perfect way to start a delicious dinner. - Vegetable creme soup: I think that was one of the best soups I had in a while. It was super flavorful and light. The crispy brussel sprouts on the top provided some crispiness to the plate. - Chickpea tofu: The combination of the chickpea tofu with the delicata squash was just delightful. I wouldn't even know how to improve the plate if I was asked to... - Pot pie: Perfect bite for a winter. It makes you warm up immediately. The flavors were on point. You only need to be patient with this one, since it takes a while until it cools down and you can really enjoy it as it deserves. - Sweets: The description of this plate was only "cherry, blueberry, strawberry, pear" so we didn't really know what to expect. Well, we were served with a delicious piece of cake. Every bite made you come back for more. If I was asked about something to improve, my only recommendation would be to make sure the waitress describes the plate when served. At least the time we were there, that was not the case. I came across this little gem at Kingston Days this year and I am very happy that I did. The food was so good that my wife and I came back specifically to the fair just to get some of their food to take home. The spring rolls were some of the best I've had around the area. The Buffalo cauliflower bites rivaled any wings I've ever had. The pulled mushroom sandwich was so luscious and tasteful, an umami bomb in your mouth. The only downside to the food was the handcut fries that were not double fried and a few of then were completely raw. All in all we have found an amazing new place that we will follow because the food was really tasty and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

My musician friend who is from Londonderry highly recommends Troy's Fresh Kitchen for healthy and tasty toasts, paninis, bowls & smoothies and always stops in whenever they're in town. I placed an online order at the Derry location for The Supreme Toast - Single ($6.50 plus tax) and a Blueberry Pancake Smoothie ($5.99 plus tax). My order was ready in about 20 minutes after placing my order, at the pick up counter. They had the tablet out to see the order status. The Supreme Toast had guacamole, tofu scramble, chipotle aioli, scallions, pink Himalayan sea salt, & crushed black pepper on soft firm house multigrain bread. The Blueberry Pancake Smoothie was cool and refreshing, blended with oat milk, blueberry, banana, cashew, oat, maple, and vanilla, sweet but not sugary sweet. On a whim, I added the optional vanilla vegan whey protein as well (they had a few different flavors). OMG - it was crazy good. I'm pretty sure this was the best smoothie I've ever had anywhere. I only planned to get the smoothie, but there was a pesto chicken Burrata Caprese sandwich I couldn't resist ordering as well, and sandwich was every bit as good as the smoothie. I noticed you can order any of the sandwiches as a salad and I might do that sometime but odds are I'm going to order that exact sandwich again! The texture and quality of the bread and the way it was served were perfection.
