On a Saturday afternoon, Laura replied to my text about a small colony of bees swarming a small exposed metal grating area in the foundation of my elderly father's home. She replied within an hour or so and provided the necessary information for me to repel colonization without having to exterminate, and this was all free of charge. Her information was correct and her guidance helped me to encourage the fledgling colony to move-on without having to kill a single bee. unfortunately i had to deal with laura for some time and her bees recently. ill keep it short, we're related and not on the best of terms. with that said, she basically dumps honeybee nests on our moms property. our mom is an elderly woman which is also allergic to bee strings. she had to go a few times to get an antihistamine shot and carry a Epipen. she has been begging her own daughter, laura, to remove the nests for some time now. im not sure if she just dense or trying to be criminally negligent. since you can see she had done jobs judging from other people's recent reviews, but simply does not make time for her own mother. let that sink in on the type of person she really is behind the facade. as of 6/11/2019 she has not dealt with the nests. my mom told me yesterday about the situation and i was not having any of this b.s. i basically terminated the honeybees today as they are a life and death issue to my mom and even prevents her from mowing her own lawn and cutting down a partially fallen tree than im trying to remove for her. do me a favor and look for someone else who cares about people as much as she does for insects. oh and laura, if you read this, get help already. read more

Laura helped us removed Africanized bees. I never would have known they were aggressive had I not helped her open up the side of the house where we saw bees entering. Both wearing suits, our plans were to save them, by removing them and their honeycombs to a safe place on her farm so she can later relocate them. Laura knew exactly how to handle the situation, and was able to remove the bees that were swarming with aggression since we started, we knew we had to get them out so they do not reproduce with native honey bees. We had up to 60,000 bees, and 40 lbs of honey. Laura taught us the differences between species, their behavior and she could tell how long they had been in the walls of my balcony. She told us the African species had only recently been introduced but that over 1/3 of the hive was now a hybrid species. I had a quote from another "local" company at $1300. This is after the guy scheduled an appointment at 9am the following day and didn't show. I ended up getting the quote a few days later and the company was out of Houston. I called Laura and immediately got a text back asking if she could call me back later. Texted her my info and she agreed to meet me at 8am two days from the day I texted her. She arrived on time and was ready to work. She had a very likable personality and was a pleasure to work with. Last weekend I was working on a ranch out in the middle of nowhere. When I got done with my work and walked back to my truck I found it was filled with bees. I had left the windows open and there were about 150 bees swarming around inside. Not knowing what to do I called the first name I found in the Google search. Luckily it was Laura.
