What a terrible experience. The place was relatively full and only 2 cooks was the first sign. They took our order really quickly and we provided it, 1 brisket and 1 thin sliced pork belly with an order of Mandu for my youngest. The brisket and pork came out promptly and the brisket was cooked with full attention. Me and my eldest were enjoying it and the pork belly went on, no sign of the mandu. We continued to eat but the server was cooking for larger parties, the pork belly burned to a crisp. Still no mandu and the pork belly was rock hard. Asked again about the mandu which was obviously left off the order, me and my eldest sat and didn't eat and watched my youngest son eat for another 20 min. I asked for a box for the remaining mandu and told them we didn't eat the pork belly because it was burnt. The lady stated that is how they cook them. I left the leftover mandu and tipped 20% after the blatant disregard for the service and the quality of the cook. I told them not to pack anything and we left. Spend the extra couple bucks and go to Gogi and have a better experience. This place has no room for drinks or additional sides. I would stay away. read more

Went here with a party of 4 and did not get any service at all. There were only 3 tables including us and they prioritized the big group. They didn't bother checking up on us and we just had to keep using the button to call them. We basically cooked everything since they were trying to dump all the meat on the grill while it was not hot enough - we didn't wanna eat boiled meat. They also added auto gratuity for a party of 4. I don't mind auto gratuity, but for a bad service it feels unfair. I don't think we're coming back. Thanks! read more

Yum yum yum! First, the place is clean. Customer service is fantastic and the staff are very helpful with suggestions.

My fifth visit to HP in Ashburn was not a good experience. The hype of being new is gone, and the restaurant was not properly staffed. Our waitress had about 3 or four tables. We ordered off the regular menu for lunch, meaning full portions. We ordered 3 meats. Because the waitress was busy with the other tables, she left two of our meat dishes to burn. We watched as the meat burned since one of them was cooked at a separate table, and it was obvious the tongs were not for customer use. She came back to offer the burned item, and took it away upon our request to get a new burner and new meat. After watching meats burn, we were there already for 30 minutes. She started over, and the second time, one of the meats we received under cooked. We were sick for the rest of the day/night. We will not be coming back anytime soon. We came back before even though this place was pricey, but now there is no reason to have the high price tag for burnt and under cooked food. read more

I'm conflicted- first the good- the place is spotlessly clean and the Staff is fantastic. The food is uneven- some of it was great and some is meh. I think if you love Korean BBQ - this would probably like this place because I think that is the strength they trend towards- less so for non BBQ dishes. Went today for lunch and was blown away. Got the bulgogi, spicy pork belly, and seafood pancake. It was delicious and too much food for 2 people. The service was great. They cooked the meat for you. We had a main person, but others would come by so we never had to worry about the meat being cooked deliciously. The sides they served, Kimchee, etc. were great. Came for the BBQ, stayed for the vibes. Service was from the second we sat down... fast, chill, and somehow they made it feel like we were regulars even though it was our first time. Food came out quick, plates never sat empty, and the staff actually looked like they enjoyed being there (which made us enjoy it even more). If you're thinking about trying Honey BBQ Pig, just go. When we walked in, Bill was our server. When we left, he was our friend. From the smooth and accurate sports comments, to the mentioning of what college he was thinking about attending, Bill was on it. The constant rice and salad refilling was on point, but the constant availability of his services and how he readily was there for us before we even knew we needed something was amazing. We decided to grab a Linner (between Lunch and Dinner). Arrived a bit too late for the lunch specials but we went with a Premium Beef platter. It included 4 sides, small salads, rice, steamed egg, and soybean soup. The beef was good and expertly cooked by Joon our server. Between taking cooking at three tables he managed to keep our drinks filled. Everything was delicious, we plan on coming back. It started to get crowded towards the end of our meal, but by that time we fat, happy, and on our way out. read more

Holy Cow, I mean PIG! This new location is AMAZING! This was one of the best, if not the best, kbbq places that I've ever been to! The quality of the meat along with side dishes were incredible! Really great! We've been something like six times since it opened. While I love Korean BBQ, I typically just order a bibimbap and a stew. Really consistent and competitively priced compared to other KBBQ places. The inside is extremely cute. The first few times we went it was extremely loud -- both because it was crowded and the music was really blaring. The crowds seem to have died down as the novelty has worn off, and the super loud k-pop seems to have been turned down a notch. Happy to have it in Ashburn and look forward to many more meals there! read more

Like this one but the food was pretty high considering it was not AYCE. We wanted a variety of pork, chicken, beef like we are used to getting and had to order each from menu.
